So far I've really been enjoying this switch. I use it to control my Hue lights without issues. This is my first hard wired smart switch and I'm now wondering why I waited so long to start using one. I really like the gestures - as this gives you lots of options for different control scenarios, but also helps keep the face clean and unassuming as far as the overall look. I also appreciate that the main unit is not super deep - which helps with installation. Some newer ones seem to be really thick, which can make fitting these things into already crowded junction boxes very difficult and cumbersome.

I've found this smart switch to be a great addition to my home with its straightforward setup and easy integration into my smart home system. The customizable LED indicators are practical and add a nice touch to the ambiance. The gesture controls and compatibility with home automation platforms allow for creative setups. Overall, it's a reliable and functional smart switch that enhances my home's smart capabilities.

Here are the problems I ran into, for the TX Ultimate Smart Touch Wall Switch, when using the eWeLink app V5.8.0, which is the latest as of this review.Problem 1: If one selects a DIY light profile, under mode, for the ambient light setting, the Alexa Skill will no longer work, for the device, and instead reports the device as off line. The fix is to select some other mode, besides the DIY 1 or DIY 2.Problem 2: The Alexa Skill will not turn off the switch, for the command “(Switch Name) Off”. It does respond appropriately to the command, “(Switch Name) On”.

As with all Sonoff products, this was made with high quality and they connect up so nicely with the app and the extend to so many home automation platforms. This was the 4 device switch set. I love the fact that you can customize the LEDs on the side. Depending on what kind you purchase, you have LEDs on the side that show you which switch is on or off. I love that. I also love the fact that you can connect them up to other devices to control them.This product also has a speaker to add some chimes to the power on/off state. While I think this is pretty funny and I did not use it, some may find it fun. You can choose the chime that you want to use. You can also set when you want the chimes to be silent at night or any time specifically.This switch was the most fun one that i have used in a while. I just wish that more manufacturers would make some that fit in a decora plate as opposed to needing to install this only in a single gang.Great quality, good price, and fun at the same time.

I ordered this product and followed instructions carefully but could not get it to turn on. Returned the product and ordered a replacement. Same issue. Not recommended for a USA install. I don't think the amps are correct.

The switch I purchased is a single gang switch and it has a smooth clean surface, there are no lights on the surface to delineate the top switch sensor from the bottom touch sensor. If you only touch the top or the bottom each time it works fine. If you touch the center of the switch with multiple fingers or the palm of your hand it will only vibrate (if the option is turned on) and the perimeter lights will change, but the light that it's controlling will not turn on or off. Very annoying!

El interruptor está elaborado de material gama alta, premium a la vista, al tacto, lo único que no he podido emparejar es la app para manejarlo, no sé si sea yo que no entiendo o realmente falla la app.🤷

The media could not be loaded.  Premesso che ho già gli smart switch sonoff in tutta la casa ho voluto provare l'ultimate. Ho sostituito una vecchia placca a 3 interruttori con questa a quattro.L'accoppiamento è stato rapidissimo, così come il montaggio. Per la configurazione giusto un qualche minuto anche perché ho dovuto ricreare le scene per implementare tutte le funzioni del vecchio e del nuovo.La cosa bella è che, oltre ad avere un pulsante in più, ha la possibilità di settare lo sfioramento con delle funzioni a nostra scelta.Io per esempio, avendo messo questa placca accanto la porta di ingresso, ho programmato lo sfioro in modo che accendesse/spegnesse tutte le lampade del giardino, delle scale esterne, dell'ingresso del garage e i proiettori sotto gli ulivi. Così con un tocco, quando arrivano ospiti accendo tutto.Un'altro aspetto piacevole sono le molteplici possibilità di personalizzare sia i suoni che gli effetti luminosi. Inoltre è possibile pianificare gli orari in cui vogliamo l'esecuzione degli effetti.Sono molto soddisfatto, piano piano sostituirò tutte le vecchie tx3c di casa.

El diseño es súper bueno, la funcionalidad es genial

Ottimo prodotto per la casa, bisogna studiarci un po' ma alla fine ne vale la pena. Molto belli esteticamente anche se un led all'interno del tasto per distinguerli meglio non sarebbe stato male. Adesso proverò anche i modulini sperando lo stesso risultato
