These are great for wrapping sandwiches. My husband makes homemade hoagie rolls and these sheets do the job of keeping the sandwich fresh and protected until it can be eaten.They're not super greaseproof, so I wouldn't use them for really wet foods, but they work fine as a lining in a food basket or as a sandwich wrapper. There's 1000 in the package, so they will last a while.

I was hoping Stock Your Home Deli Paper Sheets (1000 Count) 12-Inch Black and White Text Sandwich Wrapping Paper might allow me to pack an occasional sandwich without having to use plastic, but the papers aren't sufficiently grease and moisture resistant to safely contain anything that isn't almost dry. The product page shows food on both sides of the paper and if one side is supposed to be more heavily waxed, it's not obvious to me. I put a slice of lox and a section of leftover burrito on the printed side and moisture and/or grease soaked through almost immediately. I tried microwaving leftover burrito and a buttered English muffin on the white side of the paper. The outside of the wrapped burrito was soaking wet and the wet paper prone to tearing. The English muffin paper fared better, but I couldn't have stored leftovers without a second container of some sort. If you get this and are serving any item to be held in the hand that isn't pretty dry, plan on double-wrapping the food item, otherwise your guests' hands will be pretty wet and greasy.

We are using these deli paper sheets for parties and general cooking. Great for sandwiches where we want to skip using a plate, for cookies, to line baskets for treats. I like to wrap up my sandwich and take it on the go, so these work well for that. Like any deli paper, I would not use in any heating element, including the microwave or air fryer.

Great for when we make carne asada tacos. This is great value since it is a lot and will definitely last us a long time. I like that it’s not just plain and has some graphic on it so it doesn’t look so boring and makes the food look legit hehe. It came shrink wrapped, but it was open…so just be aware yours could come like that too…
