Incredibly poor material composition
This is second one I’ve bought via Amazon. I HAD TO because of rain here in Florida not allowing much time to shop around. First two photos show ripped roof, third pic shows a tarp I used to rig a temporary roof until receiving replacement cover. I bought original unit years ago at Tractor Supply. It lasted 5yrs. Cover ripped so I bought another from Amazon. It lasted about a year. Vendor wouldn’t honor a return or replacement because it was a few weeks over one year, despite providing dated photos of rips and tears at 10mo. So, eventually vendor cried to Amazon whom promptly removed my truthful and blunt review of how inferior this product is. The vendor even admitted in email to me that newer covers were a product of China and are basically crap..... then they try to up-sell to a $600+ cover. Went round and round and all they’d cover is “free shipping,” if I bought new one. Well, I live in Florida. Unit is partially shaded and within a year you can push your finger through it due to dry rot. It’s very inferior materials ..... because of my frame existing and my busy schedule I needed to buy again but only give myself 5-6months before needing to build something different. Not a good product for the money or the sweat equity required to install.

It has earned its keep....
This is the second "Garage in a Box" that my family has purchased. This thing has come to the rescue in many ways. One year, my goats all accidentally got bred and were giving birth when we were having a snow storm which resulted in a week of no power and feet upon feet of snow. No having a proper barn, I was able to set them all up in this shed (I did have to provide insulation around the whole bottom of the shed to keep the draft out), and in there, many babies were born and all survived. Our first shed required to have its entire tarp covering replaced, because those things just plain ol' don't last forever. Eventually, the second one wore out and I had hideously bent the shed frame because I hit it with a truck, so we just purchased a whole new one. Right now, our shed looks almost identical to the one pictured - hay on one side, tractor and miscellaneous items on the other - no animals for now. Yes, this thing is a pain to set up. Yes, the tarp has a limited lifetime. Yes, you should avoid hitting it with a truck In short, realize that this thing isn't bomb proof, but it can come in handy in ways you weren't expecting...

Don't waste your time and money on this ShelterLogic Replacement Cover
We ordered this Shelter Logic Replacement Cover for a shelter logic we had for over 5 years. We noticed there was a small hole in the top of it after we put it up. We spent a while putting it together so we didn't want to take it down to have them replace it for a small hole. We covered it ourselves.A month after we put it up, we noticed that the seams which had been sewn on the previous cover were simply glued for the replacement cover. As a result of the shotty workmanship, the seams are coming apart. I don't know how long this ShelterLogic Replacement Cover will last but it's sadly not worth the money:(

Order a Heavy Duty Cover
My original shelter cover lasted over 7 years, maybe 8 before it deteriorated beyond use due to sun damage. In the back of my mind I seemed to recall that it had a 10 year warranty, but I didn't bother with it because I was satisfied with the length of service. Without checking I ordered this cover with a 1 year warranty, and it almost lasted that long. The sun again was the cause of early and severe deterioration of the cover. I do like the Shelterlogic product, but I recommend the heavy duty cover for longer service, especially if it is placed in direct day-long sun.

Fits but isn't very durable.
The replacement cover fits the old frame just fine. But it's not very durable. After a few months, it was already showing signs of wearing thin in the areas where it touched the bars. Also, on windy days, the wind tugs on the doors, and they start to unzip themselves, which just causes the door to move more. I tried to anchor the zipper to the ground-and it just ripped off the zipper. So now that door doesn't zip at all. For something literally designed to protect against weather, it's not very durable.

Replacement cover worked great
The replacement cover for my Garage in a box was great. It came with 4 new ratchets to tighten down the new ends and top cover. It was better than expected.
