Quick to instal and effective
Easy to install and start using. Comes with good instructions and videos to aid. Using this has been a breeze. Recommend to others too. With the price point and functionality this was the best automatic lock avaialble to purchase. Does the work as intended!!!

Awesome lock!
Wonderful lock! My car is keyless, so I wanted my house to be also. This lock was easy to install and works perfect! I have it set with a code and also my thumbprint. The thumb reader works perfect each and every time. I also had questions and their customer service was easy to reach and very helpful with my question.

Works Fine, Decent Product
Worked fine, easy to install. The electronic side was a little "clunky". Also, there were so many disclaimers in the literature about not returning the item and calling the manufacturer first with any problems before doing anything, I was concerned it was junk. But it honestly installed fine and paired the first time with every access means.

Decent Locking System
I’m updating my review to give credit where it is due. The lock does have some issues but the customer service will guide you if you need it. They offered help and a new lock if needed. It’s rare in these days to find a company who actually reaches out to you to solve the problems with their product. Very impressed will buy from this company again.

Very good quality
This smart door lock is Veise's new upgraded KK Home series. The quality is very good, it matches my door very well and is very beautiful. I especially like the fact that it can be unlocked and closed by fingerprint, which is very convenient, which is not the case with all the smart locks I've bought before. Also can set many types of codes for my family or friends, also can share the lock permission in the app...

Auto lock doesn't work as it should
I've had this lock for several months. It worked as it should for the first couple months. Now it will not auto lock at the time I have set. I have to manually lock it which is so frustrating. I have tried to troubleshoot it, but I have yet to find a fix for it. I have calibrated the lock several times and still doesnt auto lock. Every once in a while randomly it will auto lock at the set time, but it doesn't do it everyday like it is set to do. I'm so unhappy with this lock.

I like it so far, sleek look on newly painted door the interface is fairly clean also some good settings you can adjust on the app
