Acabo de comprar 4 baterías de estas las medí y todas están por encima de 13 volt llegan muy bien empaquetadas para q no se dañen parecen tener buena calidad y te incluyen un par de guantes para su instalación el vendedor se comunica contigo para saber cómo llegaron y por si tienes alguna pregunta sobre el producto me parece muy bien
