solid wireless mouse
This is a pretty solid wireless mouse - works great, good responsiveness, feels comfortable, quiet clicks, easy to install...My ONE and only complaint (if you can even call it that?) is that it doesn't have an on/off switch for when you're not using it. It's not even really an issue at all if this is your main mouse and you're using it all the time. The functionality, which is the most important part, is great.

Works great.
I decided to buy this mouse because my previous one, which was a cheaper wireless model, started glitching out on me. It was frustrating to deal with, especially when I just need something simple for office work. After doing a little research, I went with this one because it looked like it had a better build quality, and I was hoping for something more reliable.I'm really glad I made the switch! This mouse has worked way better than I anticipated. The responsiveness is spot on, and the movement is incredibly smooth, which makes it a pleasure to use throughout the day. It’s perfect for what I need—nothing fancy, just a solid, dependable tool that gets the job done. Honestly, for the price, I couldn't ask for more.If you're in the market for a new mouse and want something that performs well without breaking the bank, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

versatile and ergonomic wireless mouse
Features 5 adjustable DPI levels (800/1200/1600/2400/4000), allowing you to customize the sensitivity to your preference. Includes forward and backward buttons for quick navigation, enhancing productivity when browsing multiple web pages. Powered by a single AA battery (not included), the mouse offers up to 24 months of use, conserving energy by entering sleep mode after 8 minutes of inactivity. The contoured shape fits the natural curve of your hand, ensuring comfort and ease of use during extended periods. No drivers are required, and the 2.4GHz wireless technology provides a stable connection up to 33 feet (10 meters), minimizing interference and delay. The wegear USB Mouse Wireless, 2.4G Cordless Computer Mouse is a great choice for those looking for a versatile, ergonomic, and long-lasting wireless mouse. Its adjustable DPI, efficient buttons, and ergonomic design make it suitable for both work and play.

Excellent budget mouse for traveling and on the go!
The Wegear compact mouse is an excellent option for travel or for moving seamlessly between devices around the house. It’s ergonomic and comfortable to hold, making it a great fit for both adults and kids. The soft coating where your palm rests provides a pleasant feel and extra grip, which I appreciate during longer use. The two side buttons are a handy addition, making it easy to navigate back and forth while browsing.Setup is super simple: just pop in one AA battery, plug in the provided 2.4GHz USB receiver, and you’re ready to go! I love that there’s a small storage slot for the USB receiver in the bottom of the mouse—perfect for keeping everything together when on the move. The adjustable DPI levels are great for switching between gaming, browsing, and working, providing just the right sensitivity for each activity. The scroll wheel is soft with a satisfying, quiet click, though I would have preferred it in black instead of red. Aside from that small detail, this is a reliable and versatile mouse for home use or on the go. Highly recommended!

Works good
This is a great little mouse for your laptop. The Bluetooth dongle works flawlessly and the mouse feels good in the my hand. The clicks are good and seem like they will last a long time.

Nice mouse but missing one thing for me
This is a nice wireless mouse. Very light feeling and no “on-off” but still decent. My biggest issue is that it doesn’t have a mouse wheel tilt function. I know it doesn’t say it does so no surprise but the mouse wheel DOES seem to tilt one way but then sticks the other way. I like using the tilt to scroll a screen but it’s not a deal breaker. Nothing outstanding here but it works and does what it’s suppose to do.

Responsive, premium feel
I ordered the 4000 DPI 6-button wireless USB mouse by wegear. The underside of the mouse states the model as DS-2601 and the product description says MW16.The mouse has a very low sheen finish that prevents it from feeling completely slippery. In other words, it resists feeling dirty better than shiny pointing devices. The sides of the mouse have slightly more texture than the top. Strange to say, the plastics on this product feel more deluxe than expected. The lack of glued rubber bodes well for longevity. The mouse is perfectly symmetrical (except for two buttons on the left side) and is shaped all in curves without flat spots, apart from the bottom of course. As a result, my fingers found no sharp edges regardless of where or how I rested my hand and fingers. The back of the mouse is long enough to support and almost fill a medium adult palm if you let your wrist touch the desk. Whether you hold the mouse that way or not is a personal choice, but I consider this product to be leaning toward full size rather than compact.I favor the small Logitech M325 mouse, but find this larger wegear a good substitute. This wegear tracks accurately on a wood desk, and the buttons and red rubber wheel feel similar to the ones on the big name brand device when used. The DPI adjustment button is a helpful upgrade for me when I switch from office applications to graphics programs where I want slow movement. The click sound from the buttons is audible, though a tiny bit quieter. I miss the Logitech wheel that can move sideways to browse backward and forward again, but the side buttons on the wegear are basically standard on every other mouse now.The wegear literature claims this mouse will run 24 months on an (alkaline?) AA battery. With such low energy consumption, I do not mind the lack of a USB C charging port. Also, a lot of mice offer Bluetooth connectivity, but the 2.4 Ghz wireless link on this device is fine for staying linked to mainly one host. Despite being old school, the power supply and connection here function well and allow value pricing. This is an affordable mouse with basic 2.4 GHz connectivity. Yet, the responsive, premium feel is comfortable and the ultralong battery life is actually more convenient than regular charging. I am pleased to have found this reliable input device.

Not comfortable
Lovely looking mouse, but didn't find it very ergonomic. My hand was laying too flat.

Nice quality, ultra-light 2.4G mouse that installs effortlessly with included dongle
I really like this 2.4G wireless mouse! Here's what I liked:-the style is heavily borrowed from the classic Thinkpad accessories - this matches Lenovo black-and-red PERFECTLY-effortless plug-and-play install (tested in Windows 11 latest version) with zero drivers required for the dongle or for any of the buttons to work-incredibly light even with AA battery installed (not included, incidentally)-super slippery plastic feet that glide effortlessly on mousepad or deskpads-storage spot on the bottom for the USB dongle (which itself is very small)-no polymerized rubber on the surface but the plastic miraculously FEELS like it is-texture on forward vs backward button - why don't ALL manufacturers do this?!-no annoying visible light on optical sensor-DPI setting button is easy to access yet completely out of the way during normal useThe worst things I could say about this mouse is that you can't tell if it's off or on because no LEDs of any kind are visible under normal use. This might also be one of best things about this mouse in the age of eye-punchingly bright RGB mice. The lack of a power switch might make it challenging to prevent this mouse from burning battery unnecessarily when being transported. All of the power features including sleep are handled automatically.Highly recommended as a simple, beautiful, effortless-to-use mouse.

Great basic wireless mouse
It's got all the basics I needed for my older windows computer (no bluetooth). The dongle rides on the back of the mouse, so if you ever have to store the mouse you won't lose it. Takes a single AA battery (not included). It has a scroll wheel that is clickable (but no sideways scrolling). Forward and backward thumb buttons, which are a definite must in any mouse. It also has selectable scroll speed via a top button, which I suppose might be handy if you're using it on more than one computer? (But I found that just confused things a bit, for my purposes.)It is quite compact, about the same size as the compact version of a logitech mouse. Totally plug and play for me - it just worked right out of the box. If you're looking for an inexpensive wireless mouse that uses a USB-A dongle, I can't fault this one.

Fairly decent basic wireless mouse, 2.4 GHz dongle, unknurled wheel, NO power switch, 5x DPI, 1x AA
This is a decent VERY basic wireless mouse that seems reasonably well-built and works just fine without issues. It's fairly clicky and reasonably responsive with its 2.4GHz dongle (USB-A) and it can be used with just about all modern OS as long as it has a USB-A port. However, it does NOT have a power switch which I find annoying; a simple power slide switch provides a quick and easy way to turn off the mouse if needed without having to remove the battery. This particular mouse does not have such a simple and important feature and that's disappointing to see to say the least.Unfortunately, it does appear to have the type of plastic (the top plate only, the sides and the bottom are of different material) that I'm really not a big fan of because it gets sticky and tacky over time. If you dunno what I'm talking about, it's the kind of plastic that's soft to the touch with a rubbery and velvety kind of texture that for the most part provides decent grip at the beginning; however, the plasticizers and/or other additives would eventually break down and the end result is a sticky and tacky surface that's just NOT something I'd ever wanna have to deal with again. Well, I guess we shall see what will become of this. It's not exactly quiet and it doesn't need to be although it's ever so slightly quieter than the traditional clicky (high pitch) ones. The wheel is also fairly accurate and responsive; however, it does NOT have a knurled surface and based on what I've seen so far, it's likely not gonna last long for me and I don't actually like the way it feels (but you may feel differently), which is a bit of a bummer.ALL mouse wheels MUST be knurled to provide accurate and consistent scrolling experience in my book. The mouse itself is reasonably high similar to most others of similar design and style that I actually prefer (over ultra low-profile ones). Btw, it has roughly the same height as Microsoft Mouse 1850.It has 5 adjustable DPI options (800/1200/1600/2400/4000) which is pretty decent; whoever, it doesn't appear to be accurate based on what I've seen so far. For instance, the 2400 DPI setting feels like 1600 or perhaps 1800 DPI from others. In any event, I do find one that suits my needs with the help of software configurations.Overall, it feels good in the hand and it's fairly comfortable after an hour or so of testing. Again, I don't like the type of plastic used for the top plastic plate/surface but I'd like to see some rubber/silicone at the sides for better grip/control. Well, perhaps that's too much to ask for a basic mouse (and I digress). It claims to have an auto-sleep feature (8 min) but that's unverified.✘ Btw, I've tried multiple rechargeable NiMH batteries and none of 'em fit properly; I REALLY need to push it in and it's very difficult to remove it from the battery compartment afterwards. As such, this might only be suitable for alkaline batteries or 1.5V Li-ion rechargeable batteries since they are often smaller than NIMH ones.≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a decent basic wireless mouse (2.4 GHz USB-A dongle) that's reasonably well made and works just fine without issues; however, I'm not particularly thrilled about the type of plastic used at the top surface because it's likely it will oxidize and become sticky and tacky over time which I absolutely hate. It's powered by a single AA (none provided) and it does NOT have the typical power slide switch which is a bit of a bummer. Furthermore, it does NOT have a knurled wheel and that's particularly disappointing in my book. It's reasonably priced at $16 for what it provides and its overall build quality, features, usability, versatility, and performance. Btw, this would've had a rating of 3 if it's over $20 for all the issues (for me anyway) encountered. Your mileage might vary.
