Tastes good, but ...

The taste overall is good if you are just looking for an olive oil that does. The oil is very liquidy, and feels it’s mixed with other oil, when is in your mouth it seems to occupy the mouth with some type of fat that’s not pleasant and peppery like olive oil, but more like canola, not absorbable. It did not refrigerated one bit with the refrigerator test. Overall, taste was What I wanted to be, but there was a lingering feel of some of those less mixing oils in my mouth, unpleasant. Very expensive oil for that.
