Getting healthy never tasted this good!
This is just the book I was looking for. The GOLO diet plan is just perfect for keeping your energy levels stable while loosing weight but I missed my sweets. The Baked Apple Chips took care of my sweet cravings and the broccoli and cheddar bites are such a perfect comfort food. I can't wait to try the lemon and blueberry Parfait! The recipes as so easy and simple. I'm glad the autor put this all together for busy people like me who just don't know GOLO recipes. Can't wait for Volume #2
