Excellent build, low cost, well made!
The media could not be loaded. An excellent camera addition to your DIY wildlife camera project! I connected this to a Raspberry Pi 3 (not included) using the standard ribbon cable supplied. Delighted to see that the infrared night vision switches over automatically so no need to worry about having to do this yourself. The video shows the night vision in effect when a field mouse triggered the camera in the early hours of the morning. Overall, well made (requires a quick bit of assembly), solid piece of kit, highly recommended!

Fun camera with night vision. Manual focus is fiddly.
Good picture quality in light. The night vision is a little hard to describe but it has a very purple hue but is good enough.Manual focus is a little tricky. My biggest gripe is when it's assembled there is not a smooth back. I wanted to double sided tape to a pi case but it's not that easy because of how the screws extend.

Decent IR camera that may not be what you want
This camera has 3 photo diodes. One for each LED and one for the IR cut filter. Sensitivity of which are independently adjustable via small screws. Image quality is pretty good and the wide angle lens works well with the illumination these provide. The IR LEDs are effective at 2-4m. Possibly too powerful for closer ranges.I initially thought this camera suited my needs perfectly. However, I find the power and heat, combined with the inability to turn off the LEDs programmatically, puts me off using them. I bought them to monitor pets and I'm uncomfortable running them for extended periods, unattended. So will look for another solution, using a programmable light module, perhaps the Bright Pi.

Much better quality than expected! No tint on daytime pics
I bought this to create time lapse videos of some growing plants, and its all looking nice so far. Easy to set up and use. I've been using it just with the raspistill cmd so far and getting great results.

Good camera for price.
Nice camera, I use for my 3d printer and printed a case for it. Once focus is dialed in it gives decent quality. Had also tried the normal “non-wide” lens version and would recommend this one.

Superb camera for night vision with a wide field of view
This is an excellent camera for the Raspberry Pi - I have mine working with a Raspberry Pi 3 running MotionEye. Very wide field of view - ideal for security purposes - and with superb night vision too.

Ordered two cameras, but one of the cameras doesn't work
One of the cameras works perfectly. The other camera (ordered at the same time) simply doesn't work. Tried with 3 other Raspberry Pi units, to no avail. Contacted the manufacturer to confirm whether the camera could be connected without sensors either side connected, and they told me 'Yes, no problem' but even after doing this, it made no difference. Possibly a QA or manufacturing issue?

Colour webcam for Raspberry Pi
A colour camera for RPI 3. It works without config needed. No heat sink or long ribbon though. It DOES NOT fit with a prospex stand on sell. It will be good if they make one to support it.
