I don't eat land meat so I gave the beef flavor to my neighbor, who loved it. I love the seafood one! Delicious base for making ramen, risotto, or really anything that needs broth. It's soup season where I live and I am glad to have these! They are powerful - I only ever use one tablet for a whole pot!

The sagol tablets have a rich umami without being salty or overpowering. I really like using them in place of bouillon cubes/powder for my soups/stocks. They're also nice for cooking vegetables in as they impart some flavor! They're packaged well, and I haven't had any issues with breakage. The price is a bit higher than what I'd pay for similar products, but the quality is there, so overall I would recommend these.

This is my first time using any type of tablets in my cooking, as I'm used to powders, but this makes it super convenient to gauge how much is being used. Tablets are very versatile and can be used to enhance the flavor of a lot of different dishes. Very flavorful and I've enjoyed trying new dishes with this.

This seafood broth concentrate is a convenient way to make a seafood based broth. Put a tablet (there are 30 in each bottle) into 1 3/8 cups of water to make the broth. It's made primarily from anchovies and has a mild fishy flavor. You can use this as a lower sodium base option for ramen noodles (my Korean ramen packet has a whopping 1,780 mg of sodium (77% RDA) vs. this coming in at 377mg per tablet. I used a single tablet to make a version of bud jig (Korean Army stew), using leftovers, sausages (no SPAM on hand), kimchi, and fresh noodles. The stew came out nicely and was not salty at all (very unlike the salt levels in ramen packets). The single broth tablet used was just right for a 2-serving amount and provided a different (good) flavor profile from the normal chicken broth used in this recipe. The tablet is handy/convenient to use, with no packets to tear, and dissolves quickly in hot water, creating the soup base quickly. Don't be put off by the fact that anchovies are the main ingredient of this base as the flavor is nowhere near overly fishy but is rather subtle, balanced out by the other ingredients contained in the concentrate. This is a good and flavorful, lower-sodium alternative to ramen and soup bases

The seafood one is really tasty and a great addition to various soups, it's easy to use & dissolves quickly & fully. The beef bone one, however, i didn't like very much, maybe it's an acquired taste, but it wasn't for me - it was definitely more bone than beef (if you've had much bone broth you probably know what i mean)
