Quite a bit in the bag
There's quite a bit of value in this package. I'll start with the miscellaneous items and move on to the knives.1) The scissors function reasonably well. I used them on mono up to 150 pound test and braid up to 85 pound test. They are a little smaller than I prefer, but they get the job done. They have a retractable cord to keep from losing them. It might get in the way some, but you can just not use it if preferred.2) The gloves are great to have. They are pretty much like any of the similar gloves I've purchased for shucking oysters or handling fish, and those gloves have saved me some cuts and scratches over the years.3) The metal "soap bar" is good to keep in the kitchen. I won't store it in the bag as I expect to have stinky hands when fishing or cleaning fish, but these things really do work when you're washing up after cleaning the catch. If you don't have one already, it's a nice bonus.4) The bone tweezers feel rather cheap but don't need to be fancy to do their job.5) The non-slip mat seems like a decent idea, but I don't know if it would be something I would use. I've never had much of a problem with fish slipping all over the table when cleaning them, and I would want the fillets on a flatter surface when skinning them anyway.6) The honing steel is appreciated. It's always best to keep the blade sharp when cleaning fish, and I don't really want to bring my kitchen steel out to the dock.7) The bag itself organizes the items well. I am a bit concerned that the zippers might jam up over time if exposed to salt water, but I will have to see. Since the zippers are all internal, they probably won't be exposed much anyway.8) The knives feel good. The bait knife is a bit stiffer than the filet knives as would be expected. The filet knives have what I would describe as a medium flexibility. Some people prefer a stiffer knife than this for cleaning and a more flexible one for skinning, but I think it sits nicely in the middle and will work for both purposes. The handles are comfortable. I was a little surprised that the knives weren't a little sharper straight out of the bag. Two of the three failed the "arm shave" test, while the larger one barely passed. All three could pass the paper edge cut test though, so it's not as if they're all that dull. If you want razor sharp, you may have to touch them up a bit.

Great Set!
Got this set of knives to keep on the boat for the summer. Usually every year I end up getting a new set since inevitably the saltwater takes its toll on the metal that I leave on the boat. The set is really nice, it comes with everything you need, and the roll up case is a really nice way to keep everything nice and neat. The knives are sharp, and I'm hoping that they stand up to being used and abused!

Complete fillet set
This is a good fillet set. It has multiple items used for filleting fish on the go. The knife’s were sharp, it comes with a sharpening pole, gloves, foldable/rollable cutting mat, scissors, and a steel bar for getting the fish smell off your hands. It also comes with a foldable carry bag that has slots for each of the items it comes with. Took this on a recent fishing trip and it did the job with ease.

Using for deer
I know these are more advertised for processing fish, but these knives were great for processing deer. Multiple knives in the pack, a good container, and a sharpening block. There is even a knife with a gutting hook to help with field dressing. I also like how the locking mechanisms on the knife guards are sturdy but very simple to remove.A good value.

Awesome Fillet Knife Set
This fillet knife set is complete with all required tools, including sheaths, sharpening tools, safety gloves, boning tongs and steel soap for cleaning up. Most of all, I like the organizational tool roll. The roll includes space for any additional tools that I might want to add. This is the kit that I will take on my next salmon or walleye trip.
