Great book for after loved one passes
I found this book very informative and comforting. My father passed away after a battle with cancer and I needed a book like this to help walk me through the grieving process and explain why our brains process grief the way they do. Im glad this was the first one I read. I have started others and still prefer this one.

Informative book!
A really good read. We read it in our grief group volunteer team and it explained a lot of things i experienced and see among the bereaved. Could have been half as long though…

Well worth reading
This is thoroughly recommended for anyone suffering bereavement or close to someone suffering - I belief it will help.Heart wrenching in places but very useful in understanding the process the brain goes through.

Informative and Important
Most materials address the “WHY” associated with grief. This books goes to the physical root cause and has been extremely important in helping my clients in understanding the “WHAT” that is being experienced. Well written and easy to understand (well most of it!). Highly recommend.
