High-Quality Multivitamin That Actually Works
I’ve been taking these Thorne multivitamins for about three months now, and I intentionally waited to write a review so I could give an honest, informed opinion. I have to say, I genuinely feel a difference since starting them. Overall, I feel more balanced—my energy levels are more consistent throughout the day, and I’m not dragging by mid-afternoon like I used to.One downside is having to take two pills daily. I wish the dose was just one, but it's manageable. Also, I’ll be honest: the smell isn’t great when you first open the bottle. It caught me off guard at first, but you do get used to it over time. That said, the quality of ingredients and the noticeable improvement in how I feel make it worth it for me. I’ve tried quite a few multivitamins, and this one stands out. If you’re looking for a high-quality, effective daily vitamin and don’t mind a slightly earthy scent, this is a solid choice that will make you feel good.

Great multivitamin...if you can tolerate it
Good: Decent, honest vitamin/mineral stack. Imho excessively high B12 and chromium doses, but quite good otherwise. (I say "honest" because the Thorne product does not pad its ingredient list with dozens of dubious plant extracts in doses far too small to be useful - an annoying trend in this market.) Thorne's claims of quality and bioavailability seem to be on target; I definitely notice the difference when I skip taking them for a few days.Bad: You definitely don't want to take these on an empty stomach. I popped two immediately after I received my first order, and that was the first and last time I did so. They're easily tolerated if you take one each with morning and evening meals. Get more than an hour or so away from meal time, however, and you can count on a bout of queasiness. Price is about mid-range for similar stacks from other brands, but their claimed quality control might make it worth the higher price.Ugly: Oh dear god, that SMELL! It isn't like B vitamins smell all that good to start with, but opening one of these bottles is like stepping into an organic chemical factory. I find it hard to believe they can't find a way to mitigate this.Bottom line: Once you find a way to choke it down, this seems to be pretty good stuff. I definitely have more energy and focus when taking it regularly. They have to do something about the smell and taste though. Five stars, barely.

A game changer for my energy levels!
I’ll be honest—I’m not a fan of the smell, but after my doctor recommended that I start taking a daily vitamin due to feeling constantly exhausted, I decided to give these a try. With my kids all playing 2+ sports and our busy lifestyle, we often rely on fast food, and my energy levels were starting to take a hit. After just a few days of taking these, I’m already feeling more like myself. I have more energy to keep up with my active family and tackle the day-to-day. While the smell isn’t great, the benefits have definitely been worth it!

DANGEROUS DO NOT TAKE!
I am a very healthy 40yo. I was looking for a daily vitamin and made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. Never again! Vitamin B12 toxicity is a real thing. 25,000% is too much! I found out the hard way after a trip to the emergency room due to these pills. To much vitamin B12 flushes the potassium from your blood stream. I had been taking these pills one in the am and pm for 6 days, on the evening of the 6th day I started to feel wrong, my body did’t feel well, I was weak and nauseous. My husband helped me with some food and liquids and I felt better. On the 7th day in the morning I took my am pill and within an hour I was nauseous hand a headache and started to feel weak again. I told my husband maybe I just needed to lay down, I did so and within another 15 min my hands started to tingle and go numb. I told him I think I needed to go to the hospital something was severely wrong, by the time I made it down the stairs my whole body tingled and it was getting harder to walk. He helped me to the car and on the way to the hospital it was all I could do to stay upright and awake. I was terrified to allow myself to fall asleep. Once at the hospital my husband had to pick me up out of the car and place me in the wheel chair as I could not walk. I barely could speak and kept nodding off, by sheer will and fear of not waking back up I kept myself awake. They ran tests and found my potassium levels were just above critical eg (de*th). They gave me a rapid dissolving potassium pill and waited half the day in the ER to make sure I was ok and then went home (Thank the Universe!) I didn’t go into details about how I could barely speak, breath or move but you get my point I hope!

Great Vitamins, not the best taste :)
The vitamins are great, they are decent value for the money and fairly easy to swallow for someone who doesn't like taking pills. They aren't dissolvable which is kinda nice since the taste doesn't last, but the taste overall isn't too great. Overall they are nice and easy vitamins but a little pricey. Overall I would recommend.

Great vitamins, but make good habits with em
Definitely noticed the surge in B vitamins on my system. Wasn’t sure what was going on at first, and was a bit more anxious than normal. Eventually got use to it. I only take one capsule (half a serving). Can’t imagine doing two. Here’s my advice:Take it in the morning because B vitamins usually result in a lot of energy and sleeping could be hard if taken later in the day.Drink a lot of water so you can flush the excess B vitamins out. Your pee will be green. But this helps a LOT.Take it with food that is balanced. Most vitamins are fat soluble and you’ll want about 5g of fat consumed with your vitamin. Thats like two eggs. Or milk. Or some nuts. Pretty easy.I enjoy how I feel when I take these vitamins and will continue to do so. I also take a slew of other supplements such as creatine, protein, collagen, fish oil, and magnesium. It helps with my recovery (I’m an athlete)
