can I import photos from my Amazon photo ?

Sorry it doesn't support to import photos from Amazon photo to the frame, but you can import photos and video to the frame from a micso SDcard(FAT 32 format, max 32GB) or upload photos or video to the frame via the Frameo App. Any questions, please feel free to email to forc@jenoteck.com for a prompt reply and solution. doe it need to be plugged in?

Yes, there is no build-in battery on the frame, so it need to be plugged in for use.

Can you edit downloaded photos?

Yes, you can delete,hide, import and export pictures and videos as you want , you can also edit the caption of pictures and videos which are uploaded from the micro SD card to the frame. Note: it's not supportable to edit caption of pictures and videos which are sent from App currently.

My frame just stopped displaying pictures one day. It won’t even turn on. Is there a way to access all the photos on the Frameo?

Dear Customer, Could you wake up the screen by pressing/holding the power button on back of the frame? Did the frame get overheated when it stopped working? Please unplug the frame , wait several minutes until the frame cools down, then plug it to another outlet or use another DC adapter to try. After the frame turn on ,you can export all photos to a micro SD card under [Settings]>>>[Manage Photo]>>>[Export Photo].
