Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
So far this is such a great product. It really goes far, I’m not sure how far we went but I still thought it’d slow down by then. It’s nice, heavy, and well built. The remote is light in the hand which is good since you are skateboarding. Overall wonderful gorgeous product and well packaged for shipping. My 11 yr old son absolutely loves his early Christmas gift.

Love it
Our 10 year old love it as a gift, but because of our winter weather he has yet to put it to the test.

Awesome Board!
Loved it and had so much fun with it watching everyone use it. However, advertised for kids, and it is not for kids. I bought it for my 6-year old grandson. Even though you can control the speed, this is not for young kids.

Exciting Christmas gift
This is one of those Wow! gifts that get kids excited on Christmas. It's bright colorful and causes anticipation for getting to use it.Of course, in a city with a snowy location it's also cruel to give them something they can't use for a few months.Spring is coming this week so we'll finally be able to get outside and give it a real go.My boys are different sizes, with one being at the top end of the weight suggestions. I'm glad it was big enough for him but also for beginners so they all can enjoy it.Fun, colorful gift.

Pretty cool
Tbh, I'm not sure what beginners this is made for, but okay lol It is definitely not a toy (despite being found in the toy section lol) This is a pretty efficient little transportation device. I haven't been able to test the battery duration because I haven't been able to successfully enjoy the board for more than a few seconds (to be fair, I only had a few minutes to try on two different days lol)Some words of warning: DO NOT USE ON TILE/LINOLEUM! I know it seems like common sense, and I have a pretty got amount of that, but I still tried it and it hurt lol Okay, next is the acceleration goes really quickly if you're not expecting it.. It kinda jerks you forward and it takes quite a bit of getting used to in order to be ready for it so you don't overcorrect and fall.. (speaking from experience). That being said, overall this thing is pretty great! It comes with a separate charger for the board than the remote, the remote is a regular c charger, the board is some kind of round plug. The machine turns on automatically when you kick off (so that might be the way to get around the jerking forward, I'll have to try that out tomorrow), but you can also turn it on by the button under the board. The remote takes getting used to because you have to long press a button to switch from forward to reverse, which can be a bit cumbersome, but tbh, this is such a cool board that issue is almost a non-point.It is quite heavy, since it has a motor, but it's about the same size as a standard board otherwise. The wheels are a nice wide size, but might have been nicer to have some tread to them. The breaks are pretty good and pretty responsive from the remote. Honestly, this would make a great gift to an adventurous child, or even to an adult looking for an alternative mode of transportation (like for college or something) 5/5 even with the learning curve

Quick little skateboard.
This board is so cool. It holds my weight and goes quickly and I'm about 200lbs. It charges quickly and has a decent battery life as well. I like how the design is like a small cruiser board. It has a nice grip tape design and the overall build quality of this board is great. I like how fast it goes, perfect for quick cruises around the neighborhood or down the boardwalk. Its inexpensive and comparable to big name brands in my opinion. Great as a gift for the holiday or for yourself as a new toy.

Always use with a helmet, preferably on rubberized bicycle lanes
I'm not a newbie with battery powered devices as we have a pair of e-scooters that get regular use. However, this power skateboard is more challenging to use compared to the scooters, and you're more likely to encounter falls, especially if you're not an experienced (regular) skateboard rider. Hence, my first advice is to be wearing a helmet and other types of protection when playing around with it.One of the challenging aspects of this board is the super smooth wheels. They are too slick for asphalt and concrete, especially for beginners. Best option is to find a course with rubberized trails (i.e., recycled rubber mulch type of surface) that will provide good traction and be gentle for riders when you're attempting to learn how to ride this skateboard. The other challenge is controlling the speed and function using a handheld remote. Once you get used to it, this becomes relatively easy, but it's not as intuitive as the scooter handle controls when starting. Make sure you read the documentation and figure out the controls before getting on this board. The board has a good sized battery, and you can get 30-40 mins of use depending on how heavy the load is and how fast you go. The charge time was relatively fast at under 2 hours. You don't have the option of getting a spare battery and will need to stop riding to recharge. Note that all the power goes to one motorized wheel, so be aware of it and balance yourself accordingly. In short, this is a reasonably priced power board but be aware that learning to ride it is not as effortless as the hoverboards that used to be all the rage.
