TL;DR: Fantastic organizer for the price, buying again, make sure you look at the dimensions so you know the size of the compartments and aren't surprised at how "shallow" they are in height. VERY sturdy.This is an absolutely fantastic organizer for absolutely anywhere in your house. I liked it so much, and a visiting family member liked it so much, that I am ordering two more-- one for me, and one for them.It comes pre-assembled and provides you with some nifty little dividers that you can further sub-divide some of the compartments. It is very smooth to open and close -- not like most plastic organizers that are jerky and end up throwing their contents everywhere. It also does come with the tack-down squares, though I ended up using my own because I needed them in a different width and shape (and I tacked it to a 3-shelf cart).I am using this organizer to store all kinds of small stuff for my miniature painting/building desk, and it's perfect. However, just to note: be sure you check the dimensions and make certain that they will work for you -- they are not deep in terms of height.
