NEFF definitely not NAFF
Very well designed and solidly built. Made in Germany, which is reassuring. Have not fitted it yet but it looks great and I am looking forward to using it. Have had Creda and Smeg hobs before, so I am not new to these types of electric hobs, but this is my first touch sensor one.

Short on paperwork, great on price!
No instructions or invoice provided, but it is good and arrived very quickly!

Extremely disappointed
We purchased this product on the 21st of January, with deep regret. I had a Neff ceramic hob previously and was really pleased with it. After 4 years, I had to replace it. The replacement does not even come close to my previous hob. The control system is extremely difficult to use. To turn on, reduce the heat, increase the heat, you have to press extremely hard, it is supposed to be touch control. I am extremely disappointed with this product and I would not recommend it to anyone looking to buy a Hob Plate.
