My five medals now on display in this frame have had many positive comments, they look so good and this frame has enhanced their importance.

Looks good now it’s on the wall, but for the money not impressed. Cheaply made, and had to be repaired by me as one of the corners wasn’t properly crimped and fell apart. I did complain and was offered a £2 refund which I never saw! If you saw it for that price in a shop I think you’d put it straight back.

As part of some family research I obtained my dads 1939-45 war records and realised he had never received the 5 medals he was due, in addition his elderly sister aged 97 was keen for me to follow this up which I duly did and the Ministry of Defence were excellent in ensuring I received them in a timely fashion. After going to the trouble of obtaining them it was important that they were displayed in a fitting manner and this display box does just that, it takes a bit of time to ensure they are displayed in an immaculate fashion but well worth the effort. The frame is recommended and excellent value for money. The only thing I would change is that the cardboard spacers were forever shedding bits on to the black background when I was putting the frame together, plastic spacers would be much better.
