Ever since we received our order, my kids use the net system daily!The build: The construction quality of the materials used to build this system are high quality and seem very durable for outdoor use. The base is made of steel and is powder coated to stand weather elements.The straps keep the net in place, nice and tight providing a great simulation of the real thing! There is a nice net and collection basket with a ball return tube helping contain the volleyballs and then shagging for extended practice time.There is an included high quality carrying case with wheels to help store the net when not in use or to use it for travel, if needed.The base and net are solid and heavy enough to prevent movement in windy conditions and also strong enough to absorb the weight of the ball from serving and spiking.The setup: There is a manual included but also a nice QR code to a setup video on YouTube to help visualize the step-by-step setup instructions. Once given that reference, setup was pretty intuitive. Overall setup time for me was approximately 10-15 mins once I watched the video.Note: Although the description indicated there are 3 possible net heights options. The first two of the lower settings are great for youth and lower teen play, but the tallest setting seemed a bit shy of 8ft, however simple spacers or adjusting the net to not sit on the pins helped make up the difference.Customer Service: I reached out to customer service regarding a promotion and inquiry for replacement parts, if it was needed down the future. Within a day, and a couple of back and forth replies, I received a direct response indicating promotion fulfillment and their willingness to support the product in a quick and timely manner and their candid response of “Just drop us a quick email and we'll sort you out with a replacement.” I am truly impressed and appreciate supporting their small family-owned business and very solid product!Overall, this is a great high quality product who wants to get reps in to build up skills in their volleyball serves, spiking, and setting on your own or with a helper. The immediate support response and their willingness to support the customer assured this was the right company and product that will bring joy to your future volleyball player happy for years to come.

We bought the Apex Volleyball Trainer in August 2024 for our daughters to train at home. We went with this brand over other cheaper ones because this one seemed sturdier and had good reviews. My daughters enjoyed using it for two months before Hurricane Helene brought 100 mile an hour winds to our area. When we were able to assess the damage we noticed that the trainer frame had survived but unfortunately both nets had been damaged. I contacted Apex via their costumer service chat and within a couple of days replacement nets were in the mail and headed our way! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering all that we were dealing with from the storm. Would definitely recommend this product and this company!

Works well

This Apex Training Net System is excellent quality and was set up in our backyard from Spring, through Summer, and into late Fall. I used two canvas sand-bags on the base and it withstood some very windy days with no damage to netting or ball return section. When I needed some customer support, Jeff G was super responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend this product and this company.

New, pay more for shipping and came without poles. They responded immediately, resolve missing parts really fast. Great quality product for our Kids Clinics.

Came in a few days late but could not wait to use it. Very awesome and great quality. Daughter loves it very easy to put together after watching the video. Highly recommended for training.
