If you don't want to deal with all that you just switch to SWos which is much simpler and user friendly. The next closest brand is $100 more than this for the same number and speed ports and it also doesn't have the OS.Amazing company (been around for 30 years), crazy good price, every feature you could want, easy scaling and I'm pretty sure they support enterprise models which could be great for small businesses.

I bought this to enable fast file transfers to a new NAS. Works great, but be aware if you transfer files from a PC with spinning hard drives you will only get about 150-220mbps due to the speed limitations of the hard drives.

Finally affordable passively cooled 10Gbe switch. Only annoyance is to POE power this switch is from a 1Gbe management port. If this switch was perfect it would have one of the 10Gbe ports be able to POE power it.
