Must Have Security
This is an excellent idea and adds greatly to our security and convenience. It functions so well, and everyone loves it including the mailman. It was easy to assemble and install and is plenty big for our needs. The metal is heavyweight and nicely finished. It is a great value and is good looking too.

Decent quality lock box
First off I wanna say the customer service is very good, my lockbox did not include part of the lock, so I could not lock it. But I contacted customer service, and they promptly set me a new lock directly from china via FedEx. I am very happy with the customer service. That being said, the lock box is made of decent quality metal. It is not too hard to put together, but it was more work than I thought. It took a good hour or two to put it together. The size is pretty good, you can fit decently sized boxes in it. And of course lots of mail.It looks decent. It is decently heavy, but not too bad.For the price, I was expecting it to be more solid though. I do think it's kinda overpriced. But it is not bad quality, I don't think. It does help deter theft though. If someone is real serious, of course, they can break in it, so I wouldn't advise putting anything super expensive in it. But just your normal stuff would be fine. All in all my experience has been good. I especially glad that customer service is good.

Not that secure.
Not as secure as it seemed. The bottom can literally be ripped off the unit if you push it back and forth. Then the whole box is open. Bottom needs a much better system to secure it to the 4 sides. Im adding to it.

Instructions and parts are 7th circle of hell
This box is nice to look at - pretty thin metal and will need to be placed not directly in the wind. It is not that sturdy - my problem was the set up. Whoever thought this was a DIYer with the instructions provided must have been sleeping in that part of class. A freaking nightmare. I HIGHLY recommend watching the video on the QR Code. I never do that since it came with instructions....well, a valuable learned lesson. Make sure you keep every item in the provided assembly bag, there are pieces that are not listed and have no instructions. It states all you need is a Phillips screwdriver [insert tears of frustration here]. I needed that AND a flat tip, rubber mallet, pliers, WD-40, headlamp, Gatorade, and a whole barrel of patience. Things that were supposed to pop into place did not (WD-40), labels fell off causing a realization I had the wrong piece....and on, on, on. The worst part is the lock - no instructions, pieces not identified - I figured it out only to realize it DOES NOT lock. There is no catch mechanism for the lock to go into. I will deal with it tomorrow...my barrel ran dry. While it is a nice big package box and once finally installed will do just fine....I would not go through this again and recommend searching for something easier. Good Grief.

Everyone should have one
I believe that every home should have one of these lock boxes. And I honestly think the post office should supply them. I say that because of all the porch pirates. It is a nice size. it reminds me of a drop off box for UPS or FedEx. It works for all my smaller packages and I keep it on the porch so the weather doesn't affect it. It is pretty heavy duty. Simple to operate and having something like this gives you a piece of mind that your packages will not get stolen. So it'll keep all of your products safe. It is pretty heavy and I'm imagine if they wanted to steal the whole box they could it wouldn't take much to break the lock but it might take a little bit of time. I'm just glad there is an option out there so you don't have to lose all your packages. It's not a bad price given what it is. I definitely recommend one of these for anybody living in the city any city.

Mail and Package Box
This box is a light duty metal box. Its good for small mail and packages. It comes in pieces and requires assembly. Its not difficult and fairly simple to do. It great for keeping packages safe from porch pirates. It comes with mounting screws to secure it so the box cannot be moved. It works well and does the job.

Stop Porch Pirates!
The media could not be loaded. Love this cabinet! It arrived quickly and well packaged. I took my time and put together in about 30 minutes. They even included a pair of gloves to protect my hands from the edges of the panels during assembly. If your mail is delivered to your door, the “Letters” slot at the top could serve as your main mailbox. The package door has a drop away shelf to keep people from reaching inside to grab your stuff.I drilled four holes in the left panel and attached it to the wall with tapcons and fender washers because the brick base was not secure enough for me. Now all in need to do is get the drivers to use it, the Amazon driver was the first and took the pic of the package just before closing the door, but my UPS guy just dropped the package in front of the box. “Go figure?”The box is strong, but I’m sure that criminals would be able to pry it open. That said, the box conceals what is inside and I wanted to make it difficult for them to just grab and go. If they don’t know whether anything is inside or if they had to work to get to it they would find another target. I am very happy with this excellent product.
