Didn't get what I ordered.
I ordered 2 cases of 12, what arrived was 24 bottles all in one box with no casing. Also, the cherry cola and ginger beer had been replaced by elderflower and dandelion & burdock. So, I didn't get the product I paid for, and since there is nothing in the sale description to indicate that the drinks may vary, I would usually be returning them for a refund. However, since it's too late to replace them in time for the party I'm throwing, I'm keeping them, and I'm sure they'll go down well, as Fentimans is generally good quality.

Nice to have a drink that is not full of aspartame and other dangerous sweeteners.

Do not Order
Ordered for my boyfriend as he loves fentimens ginger beer and I wanted him to try the rest as well. However, there was no ginger beer in the box at all which was highly disappointing. Do not order as you will not get what you ordered.

Love fentmans
Brought to go into a hamper but I wanted spare for me.I love fentmans, love the sharp flavour of some and the smooth of others. I don't drink alcohol so these are alot nicer than standard fizzy pop.Also finally tried the orange one what's lovely and sweet.

Nice drinks.. Great mixers with hard spirits. Turned out they were chapping in my local supermarket.

Great range of flavours
Well packaged and presented and delivered on time. Great selection of flavours, I like some more than others but all round a good first purchaseWill have to try some of the other ones. Well recommended.

Substitutions
Bought this specifically for the Ginger Beer and Cherry Cola, both of these had been substituted with Dandelion and Burdock (which I love, so not a problem), and Sparkling Raspberry (which I wasn't keen on). Rest of the case was great and what I was expecting. Can't be too disappointed though as it does state in the listing that substitutes will be made if products are not available, it was just unfortunate that those I really wanted were not available. Overall, happy with the purchase and would take the gamble again.
