I have been buying equipment from this company for about 8 years. They have always been there to answer any questions I have. The other day I installed a new controller to one of my clients and it caused an issue with the software. I emailed the support and had answers and a resolution in about 30 mins. The company has also been great assisting with questions and help for some units I purchase 7+ years ago. The equipment holds up well too. I don't think I have ever had a board fail. These units get heavy daily use too. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a good price, good equipment and EXCELLENT tech support for any issues buy with this company.

Looked everything over once the system arrived. Hooked up and tested everything on the bench first to assure that system worked, hook-up was good, internet tested good and key FOB's and Cards worked as advertised. All checked good on the bench test of the complete system. My installation took probably a little longer because we had to modify/repair our metal door frame due to previous installations that were done - not well- and ended up with a butchered door jam that looked like it was cut with a chainsaw, but we took time to make it right. (Side note: Do not attempt to make metal door jam repairs unless you are sure of your capabilities, luckily, our door jam is made of aluminum and we are good with that) The final Striker lock installation looked like a new door jam installation and turned out really good. We had to also install an electrical outlet for the Door access control box as it is located about 20 ft away from the Door we are controlling and in a secure room. We fabricated a new CAT 5 ethernet cable and routed 2 pieces of 4 conductor telephone/alarm system hookup wire between the controller and the other accessories at the door. After all was connected with weather proof heat shrink and a couple of environmental splices, the system was tested and all worked really good. I am still learning the software side of things and may indeed end up calling tech support for that but that's ok. we are very pleased how this system operates and shows who has logged in thru our front door and at what time, again still learning everything that this system can do. Thankfully we only have 1 door to monitor and control and now our building is more secure than it was with the old system. We should have done this a long time ago. I will update this review if anything changes. Would buy again if we needed a second system.

I have now put 2 of these access control locks in both of our commercial spaces and I can't not rave about them anymore. I initially got a quote from a locksmith for something in the range of $5k to install something that was inferior to this product. This product literally has all the functionality you could even need. Such includes:- Timer for when the door is automatically locked and not locked- Keyfabs- when you can restrict access during certain days and hours- Pin card so that individuals who don't have a keyfab/card can still access the space- Attendance reports (with clocking in and out. I don't use this, but I could see how some businesses would want this)- Easy access control for providing people with access extremely quickly. We needed to give 100+ people access to the space and I was able to do this in literally 3-4 minutes just with swiping the lock and then uploading.In addition, I had some user errors that I was unable to figure out myself. The support from Chen was terrific. They helped me figure out what was wrong and gave me additional tips. For the price of a standard commercial lock you get so much more. I can't rave about this product anymore.

Hello, I have been installing access control systems professionally for more than 25 years. Traditionally access control systems are very costly to the end user. This product is a great alternative to higher priced access control systems. It does all of the basic features that a high end access control system has. I have contacted Technical support 2 times and have received responses very quickly and the correct response to solve my issue.Thanks!!

I have never installed such a system, but I'm a technical person. I'm not great on computers either. Got it installed and love it. Works great! Bought a total of 3 , 2 door systems.
