How can you prevent residual water remaining in the novo 2 filter coffee machine after use? What is the best way to deal with the residual water?

Where is the residual water? If its in the boiler this is normal so that if the machine is left switch on the boiler will not boil dry. Sarahs Coffee Company

We have an American 50s Diner Kitchen and this Coffee Machine fits in very nicely and we absolutely love it. Two jugs and a measuring spoon included. We ordered this Coffee Machine at half past midnight on Sunday-Monday night and it arrived 3pm Tuesday a mere 38 and a half hours from ordering to delivery. Very quick.
