I bought two of these LED string light sets to use in my basement. They work great with a two-pack of Otdair dimmers https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08R37DY2R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. That gives me four rows of lights, with the front and back independently dimmable.On 100% brightness, they're as bright as I'd expect for 15 2 watt bulbs per string. They give off plenty of warm light. I don't often run them at 100%. This type of bulb gets even warmer (color) as you dim. With thirty lights I can evenly fill my basement with a nice warm light without running them at 100%.Some LED bulbs have trouble dimming all the way down to 0%. Paired with the mentioned dimmers, these bulbs dim smoothly and flicker-free all the way down.The picture shows the first set that I hung. I already had the hooks in those locations, so I hung the lights on them to try them out. I didn't bother to tack up the slack between bulbs and, as a general precaution, I don't recommend hanging them against a sheet like pictured.Even on 100% for hours, the bulbs are barely warm to the touch.The cables feel great. The build quality is great. I'm using these inside, but they definitely seem like they'd handle weather.I didn't notice any odor.Each set came with 1 spare bulb, but both sets worked fine first try. The bulbs are plastic - not glass, and the plastic has some give to it. The bulbs feel durable to me.

These are very sturdy and look really good. The color is a nice warm-ish white temperature, not too blue not too yellow. They are pretty bright which I like because they help light up our back yard a lot at night. But they aren’t so bright that they’re blinding - perfect for hanging up high out of direct line of sight.They are a little heavy so if you plan to put them up on posts like I did pick something sturdy. (I used black modular steel pipes and fittings from Lowe’s)In the second picture I know it looks like a few of the bulbs are off, they were working fine, my camera just didn’t capture it with the sunset being in the background.

I finally decided to write this product review after having four of these light strands for a while. I had originally given this product 4 stars because although the quality of the light strand was very nice and better than several other products I’ve purchased over the years, I did have multiple led bulbs fail over the course of 9 months. However, every time I contacted customer support regarding the warranty and my problem with bulbs failing they were very supportive and promptly replaced the bulbs.After the first time I contacted them, I waited until I had several more bulbs fail and then contacted them again. Again they went above and beyond and promptly replaced the bulbs with a few to spare. I did have to contact them one more time and again more bulbs than I needed were sent to me. I say that because I think I received a bad batch of bulbs with one of the strands I purchased but I believe everything is good to go now and has been for a while. Could I make a deal about led bulbs failing? Yes I could, but I’m incredibly pleased at the warranty and customer support and am giving the product that 5th star because of how well they supported the customer. Well done.

Love the look, perfect! We’ve had several of our bulbs fall off. Breaks between bulb and where it transitions to the cord. I’m assuming back and forth in the wind. Line still works though…

The media could not be loaded.  Worth the money! I shopped around and found that the 48ft LED outdoor string lights were the best option for what I was looking for! The area that I hung the lights around measures 22ft x 20 ft. I used 3 strands of lights. I strung the lights 6 times back and forth and across 1/2 of my house. The video shows what we did (still have some finishing touches). I didn’t take a video of the lights lit up, but they are truly magical and light up the entire patio area!! The lights are wealth proof, easy to install, and the bulbs are shatter proof!

First, spend the extra on the tension cable if you plan to hang them from point to point. Also, while you can run the tension cable through the loops above each bulb,, I found a zip tie to work much better for adjust purposes. Next, these lights are definitely brighter than those found in the big orange home improvement store. Now, while they are bright, they aren't obnoxiously bright or blue looking like some other lights. Soft white color and if hung high enough, will brighten up your outdoor area. We only have one set up so far but a second is going up soon.

I got this string and was immediately impressed with its hardiness. Be aware, it's heavy like a drop cord, so when you string it, make sure you secure them well (like, you can't use thumb tacks like you might with a Christmas tree string of lights.The bulbs themselves look like they're glass, but they appear to be plastic -- that's a relief, because as you hang it, the bulbs could clang against one another. (I strung mine and then put the bulbs in, but other folks may choose to put the bulbs in first.)The string ends up being very bright, lighting the deck well. I put a dimmer on it, and it dims very well, so as the sun goes down, I can get a really nice warm glow at 50% brightness -- very nice.Also, they give you one extra bulb.

Lights have only been installed for a week but so far so good. Hanging was easy as the hooks are rubber and not plastic and therefore somewhat flexible. Bulbs all fit securely, don't be afraid to give them a solid twist. They give off a bright warm glow. Cable is thick yet pliable. No complaints at all. Wanted to test a string out to be sure and just bought another set I liked them so much.***UPDATE*** After a year spent outside over a harsh Canadian winter these have held up great. A couple of bulbs have just gone so hopefully that’s not indicative of problems to come but generally speaking no complaints

Easy to hook up and look beautiful on nice summer evenings in the backyard. Good quality. Should last long time as they are led’s. Love them

Great lights, easy to install. They are not to bright so they don't hurt the eyes with brightness. Lights are well sealed. To bad that zip ties are not included, had to purchase some so I can hang them up in my gazebo.Make sure not to tighten the bulbs to much so not to break the very thin plastic of the bulb. Only tighten them snug.

We have these hanging out on our patio and not only are they heavy duty thick cord they are also waterproof showing a bright light with semi plastic / glass outterwear.

Purchased 2 sets. Both came on time and well packaged. Straight forward to install.Unfortunately - 1 bulb in each set was not functional. Will try to call customer support to resolve.
