2 stars for Customer Service but wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Very disappointed.
Poor quality . First spool of a 2pack exploded!! no other way to describe it. Just shattered in multiple pieces of blue plastic. worrying if children or animals had been near by.Second spool worked but gave up after 15minsHowever I've given stars because customer services were pleasant and helpful.

Just wound off the spool
Just unwound off the spool. Both of the spools. I dont know what went wrong but I never had this issue with other spools on the strimmer.

Poor quality product which didn't deliver as described
Didn't fit strimmer, as promised in description. So utilised the wire, but it is very weak. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Spool works fine without having to always take it off and on. Just what I needed

Stimmer gut, but not the best
OK, but breaks too easily. Also tangles too easily as well.
