Q: My unit as I was told by my care taker that the stream is not steady and sputtered even with good battery. Help, what is wrong?

Tip at the end of the wand has trash in it or needs setting better.

Q: How long will the rechargeable lithium battery last, with normal every day recharge and usage.

The battery will last for years but it must be removed when not in use. If the battery is not removed it will lose all of its power and not be rechargeable again.

I've sprayed a bleach water mixture out of it. 1 gallon of bleach and the rest water with no ill effects.
