BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK!!
It comes with everything you will need to install, but the drill bit that come with is a little weird but I made it work. The instructions could've been more in detail on how to put it together but a few minutes of playing with it you'll figure it out. I recommend not tighting the bolts until you position it on the steps like you want it. Overall I'm well pleased with it especially for the price, it's well made and sturdy and also well painted.

Great Railing but check the Drill Bits.
The railing itself seems to be top notch. Very nice looking and seems to be of good quality. However the instructions are a little lacking as far as they have a few pictures and NO real instruction. Also, the hammer drill bit that is included uses a shank the I have not seen or used before. It is a square shank and of larger diameter than standard. I had purchased 2 Handrail Kits, used and dulled both bits provided between the 2 kits. I had to separately purchase the correct size 10mm hammer drill bit for my hammer drill to finish the project.

Sturdy handrail, but some of the parts are cheaply made and rusting after 2 weeks of use
Handrail is fairly sturdy, and I appreciate that tools and optional parts were included (i.e. screws for both wood and concrete installation, drill bits, etc). On the other hand, some of the parts were sub-par. The metal drill bit needed to install the screws wore out almost immediately, and I'm already noticing that some of the exposed "stainless steel" looking screws are rusting after only about 2 weeks. The frame was also easily scratched while trying to line up the pieces during assembly (which took 2 people). We'll see how long it lasts.

Drill those pilot holes first
This really is a good looking and sturdy handrail. The directions are very limited but once you assess the parts and hardware you’ll get it figured out. If installing on concrete you will need a hammer drill. Just mark the center of each hole and drill a 5/16 pilot hole. Pro tip-when starting the pilot hole don’t have the drill in hammer mode. This keeps it from moving around much. Once you have it stated then switch to hammer mode. The kit includes the big hammer drill bit but it bites. For sure do the pilot holes since the included bit barely got all 8 holes drilled. It looks great and is solid-excellent purchase.

GOOD PRODUCT WORTH THE MONEY
The raoling is very sturdy ad well made. Installation was easy, with instructions clear and direct. A great value, too.

Wrong size shipped twice, but no harm done - just disappointment, extra effort, and time.
I ordered a 5-6 stem unit - a 4-5 step unit was delivered. I filed a complaint stating the problem - another 4-5 step unit was delivered. I double checked the brochure that came in the boxes to compare the advertised choices shown on Amazon and verified I ordered the 5 - 6 step unit. The 4 -5 step would not work on the intended location, but I did keep one of the railings for another set of steps. Very disappointed - however, on the plus side - the railing is a good value for the money, well made, sturdy, and looks great. My note to supplier is to open and check the contents of the box before shipping because obviously, the boxes are mis-labeled. Also, a quick check is -- the length of the 4-5 step box is 64 inches, the 5 - 6 step box should be 74 inches long. Also, supplier's shipments were quick and refunded my money once I returned the unused item.

Sturdy enough ...
... when installed, but a real pain to assemble. Railing uses long connector nuts, a challenge to connect to the opposite side bolt; through bolts with acorn nuts would be way easier for assembly. Instructions are worthless. Railing has drywall screws for fastening to wood where 1/4" bolts would actually hold the railing firmly. Very few 5/6 step iron railings available, but worth the effort to shop around.
