If you ever recall this cartoon series from the 70s and you enjoyed it, then you must purchase this DVD. It's probably only worth one watch but worth keeping in your collection if you a fan of the Batman! Interesting to learn that The Riddler is shown on opening credits and it spoken about in episode 11 but never appeared in any of the epsiodes from it's only season. I wonder if there are a few episodes from an ill-fated Season Two that didn't quite make it that features The Riddler? Who knows.......There is also a featurette on Disc 2 which is interesting and worth a flick. This DVD is worth a purchase, if for nothing else than to keep a few memories.Happy viewing!

Another Great Dc Cartoon from Filmation,I have the"New Adventures of Superman"Which i watched when I was a boy...Superman/Supeboy are my all time FavouriteHero's...Next to them is Batman....Watched it all in one day yesterday(28/04/2013)Brilliant...Chris Weeks....

brilliant adam west burt ward and i now have batman the complete tv series and this series will be worth a lot of money as most villians have now departed forever

perfect edition of the 70s animation series. pity they didnt had the spanish audio, that would have been excelent.

i have never seen the cartoon before it was good not as good the 1960s tv show that adamwest and burtward done

great cartoon series i remember watching this when BBC 1 repeated it in the late 70s. when i saw this was coming out i had to buy it..i like that Adam Wesr and Burt Ward did the voices of Batman and Robin.

I never saw these as a kid, but this dvd set is awesome.

Great to hear Adam West and Burt Ward returning to their Batman roots. Fun and voice direction is really good.

This includes all 16 Batman cartoons produced by Filmation in 1977. The first 6 were made for "The Batman/Tarzan Adventure Hour." (Sadly we still haven't seen a release of the Tarzan segments).The remaining 10 are Batman standalones. Teamed with Batgirl, Robin and newcomer Bat-mite, Batman faces traditional DC villains like Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, Clayface, Mr Freeze, as well as new characters created for this show like Chameleon, Electro, and a villain from Bat-Mite's home dimension called Zarbor in a 3 part story to wrap up the series. The only things missing are the commercial break bumpers and the teaser footage at the end of "Have an Evil Day Part 1".
