Gold-Leaf Despicable Me 2 The Minions Role Figure Display Toy PVC 8Pcs Set Yellow, Free

Part of reviewing an item like this is asking the question, "What did I get for my money?" For ten bucks and free shipping I got 8 characters... just a little over a dollar each. They're made out of a soft vinyl-type substance (pvc? dunno), but sturdy enough. The description makes them sound small, but they're actually larger than I expected them to be. Small yes, but that just makes it more fun to group them all up in a display. Two minutes after I unwrapped them I had Minions on various shelves, furniture and digital electronics throughout my living room. Someone who enters my domain will have no doubt the Minions have taken over. Everywhere you look there's another one. :D The only downside is the painting job is sometimes a bit weak. It's obviously these were quickly painted... but they're good enough for display if someone doesn't look at them right-up close. And even then, eh... they're toys. Good enough. Not going to deduct a star on an otherwise excellent, low-priced and fun object. So five stars (maybe 4.5 because of the paint, but let's give credit where credit is due). This is a terrific Minion set, well worth the price, and am glad I bought it. Imagine a doll house full of Minions...

They are soo cute, I bought them to keep in my car dashboard. Unfortunately, I didn't get the bido minion (the one with emergency light on was missing) for the first time.But I'm impressed with what Gold-leaf shop did for service recovery, now my bido minion is traveling alone from China woo hooo.. Not the greatest quality but definitely a more economical choice then the ones you get at the toy store for $8 a piece and are the same size

Smooth transaction. Product came very quickly! They were the same material and style as a bath toy like a rubber duck. The accents were painted on. They were true to the movie . My son loved them ! We used them on a birthday cake. I put a tooth pick in the hole of the foot and held it on the cake! Now my kids use them to play! I would recommend for a toy. Bath toy, cake topper, or goodie bag.

The figures included in this set were the characters pictured, however, the quality was extremely poor. The paint job on each was careless and messy. Many of the figures couldn't stand up because they were misshapened. The bottom line is that they were produced to make a buck off of the minion craze. Save your bucks on this pack.

Kiddo nearly DIED when these came in the mail! Adorable, easy to play with, cute for display, can be used for cake toppers but *may be* too big for cupcakes. NOT for toddlers!!!

Why: Needed an affordable alternative to decorating for a party. Pros: Great value for the money. Cons: The painting is a bit off, they look a bit cheap. Verdict: Im happy! I received plenty for the amount of money I spent. It served its purpose, fun little additions.

Bought these for a friend at work who is a minion maniac. He loved it. Now we take turns removing one or two at a time to see if he notices something is missing. Would not recommend for children under age 5.
