PRINTER HAS MANY ISSUES
I DON'T LIKE THE TOUCH SCREEN, FIND IT SLOW TO RESPOND AND NOT USER FRIENDLY. THE ADF IS ALL MESSED UP. SOMETIMES IT WANT EVEN FEED THE DOCUMENTS AND THE TIMES THAT IT DOES THEY ARE CROOKED. THERE ARE INK SPOTS ON EVERY COPY YOU MAKE FROM TOP OF SHEET TO THE BOTTOM. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS MACHINE

We received the printer in a timely manner. It took us a while to figure out where we were going to put it, so we just opened the box yesterday (3/4/14). I was disappointed that there was no disc with the driver/software in the box, although it was shown on the paper inside to be included. I did not contact the seller, because I downloaded the file from the internet.I would just say to be sure to check the box when you get it.

Cheap Plastic used in page loader but it prints well
Prints well but the plastic loader is cheap and flimsy and the clip has already broke off after 4 uses to keep it in place. thank God for super glue and duct tape from preventing me from sending it back.. Still waiting to see how many pages I get from the original cartridges.

It has a Professional look and hardware is also sturdy, but the black toner has very less life it quotes that it can give 1500 copies, but it hardy last long upto 300-400 copies, the size of image copy is a 3.4" x 2.15" inch.

Quick and easy to install, but everyone pay attention that you don't make the same mistake missing that the "d" was missing in the product number which stood for duplex, which I am missing now. But the print engine is excrllent

My honest review
When it comes to professionalism, there is no better example than this company. I received it just 3 days after placing the order. The product is brand new and is exactly as described on their sale's page. I give them a 5 star for this.However, my thought about this product in particular changed since I received. Eventhough it is laser printer, it consumes a lot of colored ink, but this is not the company's fault. Still, I wouldn't recommend anyone (who are trying to save some money) to buy it. I encourage you to buy any product printer from this company. They are great.

You get what you pay for!
Very difficult to set up network scanning. Although very helpful, spent a lot of time with support getting started. You have to buy a WiFi adapter to get the wireless printing to work. There is also no USB port to scan your documents on to. Very disappointed with this purchase.
