Much superior to my hospital issued thumb support. Thumb now feels comfortable. I went by their sizing guide and it fits perfect. I did however think I'd received the wrong product. Packaging states 'Wrist support'. Was advised to check inside and it was the correct product. A little confusing but I'd certainly recommend this for stabilization of thumb.

Good support with additional support around thumb, which I was looking for. Purchased for my mother who has arthritis/carpal tunnel. It does give some relief and provides good support to her wrist. I would say the sizes come up a little larger than they say as we measured as it says but there is plenty of room and could of gone down a size I think.Happy with it though and would recommend.

This item is supposed to be useful for a variety of conditions. I purchased it to address CMC pain associated with osteoarthritis - with the intention of wearing it at night when pain in my hands can keep me awake. I found the item adequate to the task only after making the following modifications:- removed the metal stays (for thumb and wrist). These rubbed my thumb and wrist and caused irritation and pain;- made a styrofoam pad to go over each wrist at the front, to provide necessary support and pressure at the wrist and below the CMC joint;- made a soft cover to go over each thumb and over the "web" between thumb and forefinger: the seams on the gauntlet rub the two areas and cause irritation and pain;- made an over-sleeve (from an adapted pair of socks) to go over the gauntlet: the velcro fasteners are not attached for the full length of each fastener. This means that the fasteners can be rubbed and rucked up (e.g. by bedding when in bed asleep). The over-sleeve keeps the fasteners lying flat and in place.Also, the neoprene material keeps in perspiration, so the hand can get rather moist in the gauntlet.

Excellent product, with 2/3 days I could feel a difference in my wrist & thumb & comfortable to wear

I have Tendinitis, so to be comfortable i had to remove one of the bars as it rubbed on my wrist. Now it is brilliant.

Good product, but it's larger than expected, so it's too big for my hand.
