Like this mix. Not heavy like most. Very adaptable to other baking uses. Going to try muffins next. In any event, I'll keep buying and using this product.

Horrible Shipping
The mix is good but had to throw last box in the garbage…came in an envelope and box was crushed, mix was all leaking out of the bag…

I've had better, but never worse.
I really expected this pancake mix to be good, given the price. I saw that it had some cornmeal in it, but I didn't expect the texture of raw cornmeal. I couldn't eat it. My parents were raised during the Depression, and I was taught not to waste food, but I threw out $25 worth of pancake mix, because there was no way I'd eat it, or serve it to anyone else.

Dry and flavorless. Cannot recommend.
I love buckwheat pancakes, but this product was boring and flavorless. I made one batch, then threw the rest of the package away. You'll get better tasting, more enjoyable pancakes with plain ol' "off the shelf" pancake mixes like Aunt Jemima or Hungry Jack. Don't waste your money on this product.
