Blacklight reactive? ...not
this confetti does not glow under even very intense blacklight... I have had multiple blacklight parties and thought i'd try this product because it was substantially cheaper. You get what you pay for.

I use it for Halloween for clown area as it clowns bright in blacklights.

It did glo…but it’s literally just shredded paper. Worked for the intended glow party!
