Why not provide how much of each...of citrate and of malate? Does Anyone know how much of each form of magnesium?

The milligram amounts are not provided separately because its not two products, its just one. There's 120 mg of one form of magnesium.

How many Mg of magnesium per capsule?

Hi, 1 capsule contains 120 magnesium (as magnesium citrate/malate). Also on label it states take 1-4 capsules daily in divided doses, with meals.

Magnesium (Glycinate), Magnesium (Citrate), Magnesium (Citrate/Malate) - what is the difference and which one should I be taking?

Magnesium citrate: Offers magnesium bound to the highly researched Krebâs cycle intermediate citrate. As one of the most well researched forms, some people prefer to use this form for all minerals. For magnesium though, magnesium citrate can have a laxative effect above 350 mg elemental magnesium. For people prone to constipation, this would be the best choice. Magnesium glycinate: Offers magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. This form does not have a laxative effect and therefore is the preferred form for individuals looking to supplement with higher levels of magnesium. Less likely to cause loose stools than other forms of magnesium.

What is the purpose of citrate/malate bound together?

Pure Encapsulations Magnesium citrate/malate offers magnesium bound to both the highly researched Kreb’s cycle intermediates citrate and malate. For this form, citrate and malate are bound together and then the whole complex is bound to magnesium. Some studies suggest that this chelate may be better absorbed than the citrate form.
