What live load would this support? Can I potentially use this to convert an attic to a bedroom and be safe to put furniture in an attic?

The system helps distribute load more evenly in an attic but ultimately, is is the existing joists of your home that will determine whether or not it can support finished space and/or storage. I’d suggest consulting a structural engineer. The advantage of this system to me is really just to allow for an even floor surface without having to move existing electrical conduit, ductwork, or insulation. You lose a large amount of headspace under a gable roof and therefore usable floor space.

Is this supplied as 45 tri-supports, 36 uni-supports, and 36 cross-beams which can be configured in any manner desired?

Yes and no. Yes if a line, box or any quadrilateral but no I’d you want a circle or rounded sides. Realize each time you start and stop the line you have to use forum to begin it again. I ran the platform entire length of my attic and made a large area in the area around my crawl space. Then covered the rails with 8x10 plywood. Was able to then spray installation under it... worked absolutely wonderful.covered open ducks too and with a hinge made it so you can access underneath if necessary.

Great option to add insulation and storage space

The media could not be loaded. We needed to create additional Storage and insulation. The loftzone was the best option for our budget. Installing took some planning. Best of you prepare your attic first before installing the loftzone brackets and beams. Works great and now we have an attic that is not only insulated properly but gained a lot of storage space!

Works great!

We love these things! We added them as a center walk way and a storage area before we added insulation. They sit 12" above the joists which was perfect for amount of insulation we were adding. Then we added 3/4" plywood in top and no more swished insulation.
