I bought this item and it was supposedly new. It looked new but the power has died from this unit twice already. The first repair, the technician said its been damaged and the top plate was touching the fuse. Its never been damaged and there are zero signs of physical damage when it arrived so I think this is a faulty or refurbished unit. Now even after the repair, a month later, it just failed again. I would avoid this seller and brand as much as possible. Its terrible because now I will have a mismatched kitchen.

We love the new convection microwave. We saved 300 dollars and 7 weeks lead time by ordering on Amazon. It came faster than promised and all was in good working order. We also bought the warranty which we have used in the past with other appliances. Very happy.

Came damaged although there were no signs of it from the shipping box. Thankfully still works. Working with seller to get replacement door.

This is a "new" 2021" model so we saved $1200. It does so many things you got to read the manual three times but it works and looks great. So far very happy.

This microwave has given me an issue since I bought this item. The lights went out. I fixed it. It stopped working multiple times, I bought a prt to fix it. Worked for a little while now it’s not working at all! The worse investment I have ever made.

Seller sent me one that was damaged. There’s no sending it back with the shipping cost. Microwave and oven for under the counter is awesome though.
