Does not stop making even when full and trips the full 'Rod' after an hour just makes 1 big block of ice it cannot eject.Beeping noise is VERy annoying.Not worth £50 let alone the price paid,.

Seems robust enough but I wouldn't buy the same again for the price paid. The plastic window on the top is misted and both the window top and side has scratches on it and a dent. Importantly, its not silver/grey as it is displayed... its brown/grey. The sort of colour that came straight from the 80's. I suspect this is a re-purposed return from someone else. Not impressed but I cant return it as i need an ice maker for the next three weeks... my bad - I should have bought it sooner and checked.

It worked great initially, but stopped working after just 3 months. It can manage to make an inferior first batch of ice cubes, but then makes a grinding noise, has a burnt motor smell, and shuts itself off. To add insult to injury, there is no way for me to contact the seller because the returns window has closed. I am not impressed!

I have tried contacting supplier as the ice maker stopped working! Disappointed.

We bought 2 of these units in a single order. The first one failed immediately and we got a refund. After a few months the second one started to make funny noises then failed. They said they did not want the unit back but would so a refund. Despite prompting no refund has been done so I have lost patience and will report this company to Amazon.

Because the child's birthday and Christmas are coming, consider buying an ice machine. I have been looking for a long time. Finally bought this ice machine.its quite good after using it. The speed of ice making is fast. I don't know if it will be durable. I hope it won't let us down. And can be use every party later.

Used it for the first time today and i must say it's brill well impressed you've just got to put it on a couple of hours before you need to use it so you've got plenty of hours.
