Very good tasting
I use the Louisiana chicken fry mostly on chicken wings I think it makes the best tasting wings ever I bake them in the oven in a cast-iron casserole dish spritzing them with a little canola oil or olive oil, I use a fish breader to easily coat the wings or you can just coat them in a bowl.

Good flour - Not Big Spring Mill good, though!
We used to use Big Spring Mill #1 seasoned flour, but it's no longer available since they went out of business. This is a reasonable alternative, but it does NOT need to be cut with AP flour like we did with BSM flour. Good so far!

I am new to cooking with chicken breadings, and this is my current fav (I prefer it over house autry brand).Makes some good chicken if you dust up your chicken in this... I acutally like it better as a dry rub then a batter mix though, but you might have a different opinion. Either way is good.
