How much of this flavoring would you add to cake batter?

My understanding is you would use this as same measurements as vanilla or any other flavoring as the recipe instructs.

Is the texture of Cookie Nip anything like flavored baking syrup, for example Torani syrup?

Yes. Cookie Nip is glycerine based and has a smooth silky syrup consistency.

How concentrated is this flavoring ? If a recipe ask for 1 tbsp of vanilla would it be too much or it will be fine ?

I use just 2 teaspoons in a batch of cookie dough that uses 1 pound of butter (for a reference). I feel it is a bit stronger than regular vanilla. People like it, it's delicious!
