I love this stuff!!!I was expecting Pre-Cut sheets of plastic flexible Cutting Board material, but was delighted to find that what I received was actually a roll of Cutting Board material which I can cut to whatever size I need!!! The box has a sharp, cutting blade hat helps you slice this stuff!!!This stuff is definitely plenty thick! No need to worry about slicing thru it!!! That won't happen. It's definitely durable!!! This stuff is smooth on one side, but textured on the other side.This stuff is wonderful!!!! I bought the cheaper box, because I don't like wasting money, and I felt that I was paying a decent price!!! I have since bought 2 more rolls of this stuff without the box! It's cheaper that way!!!I I love it! It makes my life much easier!!!!Use it, and throw it way!!!You can easily clean this stuff, but I don't want to clean it!!! If I wanted to clean a cutting board, I wouldn't be buying this stuff!!! Duh!!!No more stinky onion-y smelling cutting boards!!!Gotta love this stuff!!!

Thickness is great, I only cut through once and I think that was a me issue not the cutting board stuff, the cutting surface is great. If it moves around put a wet paper towel under it and it will stay perfectly in place.

I absolutely love these disposable cutting boards. Use what I need and toss when the job is completed. Cleanup is a breeze and there is no cross contamination.

This is definitely one of the cheaper disposable sheets available at this time, which is a huge plus. When you're cutting room temp or chilled/cold things, you shouldn't run into any issues unless you cut with a lot of force. Remember that you literally cut it when making new sheets, so it's not exactly impenetrable.If you're cutting hot things though, the integrity of the plastic weakens. This means your normal cutting can cut through the plastic and slice it up much easier. Other brands I've tried had similar problems, but this one is definitely more noticeable. I can't speak on the safety of it in those cases, but if you're that concerned, you should be looking into traditional reusable wood boards. Otherwise, the product does its job.

Great product. Easy clean up but expensive to keep around. Think I’m gonna buy titanium cutting boards to remove plastics and to keep the board sanitary. This is a great product to use if you are trying to remove plastics and for easy clean up.

Very useful for cutting meat so don’t have to cleanup cutting board

Disposable cutting board is made of plastic. Comes in a roll like foil or plastic wrap.We use it over our wooden cutting board to cut raw meat. Remove the plastic and give the cutting board a good wash then we simple rinse it off the plastic and toss it in the plastics recycling bin when finished with it.It's thick , durable and makes a good cutting surface.I think it might help keep our wooden cutting boards more sanitary (but I can not prove it).You can use this plastic cutting board for placemats or crafting mats to reduce glue and paint messes.
