If you are having general digestive, gas, bowel issues this can solve them literally within a day or two. This is one of the most impressive products I have ever used. Other pro-biotic products I've used actually upset my system, this one seems to calm it very quickly. I originally saw this at my Chiropractors office.I think you'll be happy you tried it. If you suffer from Cronh's / Colitis, then you MUST start taking a probiotic. This is a very good product from a reputable company. I have used other Metagenics products before and find them to be top-quality. If you're not taking a probiotic, then you need to have your head examined.
