VIGOZurich 27'' H Single Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel-VG02007ST

Installation: - Pretty straight forward installation, though it probably is a two person job (one to hold it steady while you are under the sink) - Note that it does include 2 braided 18" hoses to connect to your water, color coded. - The bottom bolt / nut assembly does NOT work with those cylindrical faucet installation tools sold at home depot. - You will need a roll of teflon tape (you will tape 4 connections)Use: - Sprayer is very comfortable in hand, much more comfortable the the Kraus sprayer of similar design. - Sprayer is very sensitive to particulate in the water. If you have bad pipes, beware, you may need to run it through a filter first. - Pot filler / faucet is great, has really good pressure and flow rate. - Sprayer and Pot filler work at the same time. Pressure on mine is mediocre when both are running, but pressure to my kitchen is not that great to begin with.Quality - All the metal parts are top notch and solid. Look great too. - The plastic sprayer handle is slightly rougher than expected, but it insulates well and is very easy to hold. - Spring so far seems to hold the sprayer well. It comes in the packaging looking more like an umbrella handle than the product picture. Will update review if this changes.Value - This nearly $100 cheaper than the Krauss that I had purchased first. This one has a better grip and trigger for the sprayer and you can run both the sprayer and the filler at the same time. Even if this were the same price as the Krauss I would prefer this one.

**** Update: Not only is this a great product but Vigo is very customer friendly. I use this faucet hard every single day and recently had an issue with a leak at the handle, I contacted Vigo and they sent me a replacement at no charge. Excellent all around I definitely recommend the Vigo company!! **** I wasn't too sure what to expect due to the fact that I haven't had any experience with the Vigo brand nor has any one I know (including professionals)I obviously took a chance because it looked great and the price was right. I will say I was extremely impressed when it arrived, it is an impressive looking piece, great quality at any price! I have experience with faucets and installed it myself.... It was easy to install but if you aren't too handy or have any reservations have a professional install it for you.It works great! No problems at all and plenty of compliments!!! I highly recommend this product and brand!

For the life of me I can't figure out how others haven't mentioned a couple of the significant design flaws of this unit.#1: The sprayer holder barely holds the sprayer. Rotate the holder, sprayer falls out. Turn water on/off, sprayer falls out at least 25% of the time. Look at it wrong, sprayer falls out. This is a NEW unit - I can imagine how well it would not hold after a year or two of use/wear.#2-a: Hose connection to the sprayer is a COMPRESSION FIT ONLY. If you pull too hard (say, trying to get down to the bottom of the sink, the hose will literally pop off of the sprayer. Now remember, this is spring loaded - that hose isn't going to stay pointed down into the sink. What it will do is come up, spraying either directly at your chest (or face if you are short) or spray all over your kitchen until you turn the water off. I'm not one to use the "safety" angle much, but if you have it set to full hot and get sprayed in the face, that might not be the safest thing to happen to you that day.#2-b: There is a secondary problem with that compression fitting. You will be tugging on that sprayer. Even if you are gentle and don't pull it off the fitting, that constant tugging will cause it to leak around the fitting until you re-seat it.#3: This seems to be a complaint about all of these units, but the hose is too short. A couple more inches would really make a difference. Doing some measurements, 6" of additional length would be perfect. It would take up the 1" slack inside the spring, and move the spring up to a more natural position. That 6" would go a long way to reaching whatever you want and would likely take away a bit of the #2 complaints (though they would still be an issue).It's not all bad, which is why I gave it two stars:- Solid faucet. Fairly heavy and seems fairly well built beyond these design flaws- Sprayer nozzle looks nice and has a locking feature - something much of the competition doesn't have (and that IS useful)- Easy to install, standard hoses, color coded, etc. You don't need instructions to install this thing- Finish is consistent a nice looking stainless. The plastic hand grip doesn't look cheap eitherVIGO could make a couple changes to the faucet and have one of the nicest units on the market. Here is how:- Provide a hose 6" longer- Do screw-on connections on both ends of the hoses - obviously the sprayer end would need a screw on connection as well.- Change the holder so that you have to slight the sprayer up and then out to remove it instead of just pulling down. Again, this would give a mechanical hold to the sprayer instead of a friction hold, then it would never have an issue with coming loose.I can't imagine these improvements would change the cost of producing this item - even if it somehow cost $10 more to produce (and that seems high), consumers would pay more than that for the improvement in the product.Sadly, these flaws are the reason I will be sending this back and finding another brand to use.

I don't like to review a product when it's shiny and new. I got this in 2021, and it still works and looks like the day I bought it!! It's a beautiful designer faucet. Very functional. Although it was installed by a plumber, he had no issues whatsoever with the installation. When the plumber left, he said he was going to buy two – one for his house, and one for his mother. LOL.Just one cautionary note before buying: if you are installing this faucet underneath kitchen cabinetry, make sure you've checked the specifications and have measured your space. Part of the beauty of this design is the height, so you just want to make sure it fits.

Terrible Quality! This faucet was marketed as high end and top quality and within 6 months it flooded my kitchen. The faucet internal mechanism leaked while we were away on vacation. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company, as they were not willing to stand behind their product by replacing or repairing the issue.Very frustrating and disappointed!!

This unit was purchased quite a while ago and never got around to review. We have since replaced our counter tops to Quartz and unit was removed and re-installed as easily as when initially purchased, no leaks or issues. We absolutely love this unit and unbeatable price for what is available in "specialty stores" even with a contractor discount. Highly recommended.

Exactly as described and appears to look.My issues with it, which were stated and I hoped were exaggerated but were not was that the spray handle had very weak pressure. This is true. You’d be hard pressed to spray bread crumbs off a plate let alone anything you actually want to spray off that needs some hard pressure for. For clarification I have a direct 1/2” line to this faucet with the same result.

Finally got this installed. It works great and looks even better! We love it.
