I couldn’t find many reviews on t’interweb for this, so was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and sturdy it is. Had cheap round stools for years and now wondering why I did it to myself...

Worth serious consideration if you are looking for a new drum stool.
Recently purchased this stool in black. After a little while getting used to the tractor seat (always favoured round seats before), I can now state this is a very comfortable drum stool and now my preferred option. Not many reviews out there for this seat so thought I would help rectify this because it is a high quality seat and certainly worth consideration. Very solid and sturdy leg base. Seat feels a little firmer than a Mapex version I tried in shop (a good thing in my view but that is just a personal preference) and cushioning is excellent.
