Will it fit 3m xlr8 hard hats?

It should but your welding mask will get caught on the raised part of the hard hat when you go to flip your hood up and will probably feel really heavy on your head and neck will get sore. Company I work for gives the welders and iron workers carbon fiber helmets that don't feel as heavy and your welding helmet won't get caught on your hat and it works pretty well. I'd recommend something like the MSA 454617

Does this adapter work with a full brim had hat?

No, most all hard hat adapters will not work with a full brim hard hat.

Will it fit the 3350 series?

I'm pretty sure it will but not 100%

Can this fit a full brim hard hat

No, I am not aware of any welding adapters for a full brim hard hat.
