Still Working Years Later, and That Says a Lot
I bought this juicer back in January 2022, and the biggest compliment I can give it is that it is still working to this day without giving me any problems. For a kitchen appliance with moving parts, that kind of long-term reliability matters more to me than a flashy first impression. This is a centrifugal-style juicer with a wide 3-inch feed chute, dual speeds, separate juice and pulp containers, and an anti-drip design, and in actual use it feels like a well-thought-out machine. The wider chute makes prep easier, and I like that it is simple enough to use without feeling overly complicated. Cleanup has also been manageable, especially since it comes apart for cleaning and includes a brush for the filter basket. What stands out most for me is the overall durability. I have owned this for several years now, and it has kept doing its job without drama. That alone makes it feel like a quality product. A lot of small appliances can seem nice at first and then start failing after regular use, but this one has held up well for me. It also helps that it covers the basics people actually care about: it is easy to understand, easy to use, and built well enough that I have not felt like I am fighting with it. The juice and pulp separation is convenient, and the machine has felt dependable in day-to-day use. Overall, this has been a solid, reliable juicer in my kitchen. The fact that it is still going strong after years of use is the reason I would call it quality.

Great overall recommendation. Supplier is super 5 star and the machine is 4-5 star.
This product does an over all great job of doing what it's intended to do. I mainly juice celery and it does an excellent job with it, particularly on the lower setting. I would imagine it does an even better job on some fruits and vegetables on the high setting. In my opinion it is very easy to clean - most of the time I simply rinse and go. At certain intervals I clean it using some Clorox and soap. This seems to work fine if you use the handy brush that is included. The centrifugal screen is as well constructed as any other I've seen. The balance of the machine while juicing and while slowing down to a stop is excellent with no vibration at all. The locking mechanism with the handle is excellent at protecting the operator. As far as the shut down feature for over heating goes, I don't know anything about it since mine has never overheated! Over all - this juicer is an excellent buy at an extremely reasonable price. I measure it at: (Approximate measurements only!) 15" Wide (includes pulp container, motor body and juice pitcher) X 15.5 Tall (includes chute & pusher) X 7" Deep (deepest point is the motor housing). So be aware of the overall measurements if you have limited space. The pulp can be somewhat wet, but if you cut the fruit or vegetable up in smaller pieces it makes all the difference. I had an insignificant problem when I first got my juicer, but an email to the company was easy and produced EMMEDIATE results and resolution. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their immediate response is extremely commendable.

Takes Some Getting Used To
I bought this to replace my dead previous juicer and it was inexpensive. I have other Mueller products that I just love. This one came well-packaged and the assembly instruction were easy to follow. The first item I tried to juice - the food-prep instructions for juicing are not that in-depth- was grapefruit with the skin on. Well, that was a total disaster as a whole bunch of the rind ended up in the juice. So I got another couple of grapefruit, peeled them, took the center tissue out, put the sections through the hopper and it worked out reasonably well. I also tried a couple of old apples, and then some fresh carrots and celery. The main take-a-away with citrus - if you want juice, use a good ol' electric citrus juicer, not this one. You know, the juicers that you cut the fruit in half and there's a pointy thing that you smash the fruit up against? Yeh, citrus didn't work so well in this juicer. So, ixnay on that idea. The apples, I just quartered and they went through fairly well. Again, they were somewhat aged, although not spoiled. The best was the celery/carrots. I got a fair amount of yield out of them. I want to try berries at some point, too. The main lesson I learned, besides don't use this juicer for citrus, was, USE THE FRESHEST FRUIT YOU CAN FIND! Process within a day or two of purchase, if not immediately. I found the older fruits to have not much juice to them. Ya know how some apples you take a bite out of and the juice runs down your chin? THAT's the quality of fruit you want to use. As for the veggies - yes, the fresher the better on those as well. You might go so far as to place your celery in a glass of water for 24 hours prior to juicing, just to get more water in it. I haven't tried tomatoes yet, or beets, but they're on the list. As far as cleaning, it's fairly easy - there are just a lot of parts. But it disassembles with ease, especially the puplper, which is the most dangerous and sometime most frustrating part to separate from the main body. This one is secure, but it's easy to lift off from the juicer motor. For the price, I'm happy. I just have to work with it more to understand it's peculiarities. I'd recommend this juicer, but I'd also counsel, "Keep an open mind," when learning its ways, and don't give up.

It is a very good juicer and not expensive.
8/9/2020 When I started using the juice machine, I was not happy. I had to wash 6 pieces and the juice was not totally extracted from the fruit. I contacted the company that has an excellent customer service. They shipped me another machine free but the juice issue continued. The company did not request me to return the first one. Then later I decided to get a new blade to see if the problem would stop. While waiting for the blade to arrive, I continue using the machine and got friendly to her. Yes it takes time to get familiar and accept the appliance as it is. I got the blade and it is the same but the issue is not really dramatic. In conclusion, for that price the machine works fine. It was cheaper when I bought the first one and retuned it since Amazon charged me the wrong credit card on file just expired. The second one was more expensive and now much more. It made in Austria and better than to use China products non stop. Yes it is noisy but if you wish to get a fruit juice in the comfort of your home, you would have to stand the noise for a couple of minutes. We have to give time to time and get use to the machine. I think that the machine got used to me and now I love it. I learned to juice 2 baby carrots packages plus apple, celery and ginger in one go and refrigerate it. I do not use the machine daily. And it works fine. The customer service deserves me to write that positive review in detail. I spoke to Sandra, Mila, Maya, Laura and Lucie and all were extremely polite, nice, friendly, professional and understanding. I have presently in my home 2 full appliances and an extra blade. I would highly recommend the appliance and the highly level excellent service if you crave for home natural juice fruits/vegetables. Good luck! Other questions, pls contact me via Amazon and I will be glad to respond. Sarina, FL 33316 11/17/2021 update I tried with sugar cane stick and did not work right. Either the sugar cane stick was too dry or the produce too hard on the machine. The machine stopped working and being under the warranty (3 years) the company was ready to replace it. Later when I plugged and tried it to make it work, it was back to normal. I rushed to call the company (working till midnight Eastern time) to request to stop the shipping. Yes the customer service of Mueller is unique in this country. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Nice Machine
Nice machine! Does okay at separating thick pulp into other bin. 2nd machine ordered after first came in with shattered top. 2nd shattered in the same area after first use! (Pineapples are a pain to do, and make a big mess, leaving rough parts in your drink). I find it easier to clean the metal strainer with my fruit/vegetable brush. The brush provided is cheap and sticks into the holes too easily and takes forever to clean. Using a paper towel or small inserted bag helps reduce the amount of shredded debris from squirting out of the cracks and onto the cabinets or whatever is near by. This is easy to clean right after use. The 2 settings do about the same grinding, and it is extremely loud! Works a little slower than expected, and pieces like carrots, apples, ginger and beets have to be cut down small or it will just get stuck and not cut. Be prepared for sounds like it is about to bust out while it tries to grind these type of items down. Sounds violent and explosive at times. If you are looking for half pulp/half juice this is your go to! If you want less pulp, less foamy, this may not be the machine for you. For those who do the celery juicing, I have to restrain the juice to get the pulp and tons of foam out. How it really should be for a good cleanse, less pulp, less foam, and you can drain the discarded area since there is still some juice to get out of it. Attached you can see the foamy amount in each cup. Enjoy your journey to a healthier you and awesome mixtures of colors for an acidic or alkaline juice! CHEERS!

Falling Apart After Just 2 Weeks
I really wanted to love this product based on the reviews and price point. But, it's easy to see why it is priced so low. The juicer is not made to last. I've had it just two weeks and already have several issues: 1) Before I used it even once, when assembling the top piece, a chunk of plastic broke off (see picture). The plastic does not seem very durable, and to be honest, I'm concerned that some day, a heavy piece of pulp will come crashing through the plastic. 2) The top "pusher" piece has come apart. I noticed when taking it out of the dishwasher that there was water sloshing around inside of it - which seemed insane. But, although this is advertised as dishwasher-friendly, the seal was very weak, and the top popped right off. This was only the second time this item was put through the dishwasher, and it was placed on the top rack, so it didn't bear the full brunt of the washer jets. 3) While the juicer was running, the power button popped off and flew across the kitchen! I had to crawl under the table to get the knob, because it is impossible to shut off the juicer without the knob. Additionally, although I am not juicing heavy skins/peels (I peel all oranges, lemons, etc., before use), the pulp struggles to make its way from the chute into the waste bin. It makes for a much messier cleanup and seems to clog the chute area. From a positive perspective, all the parts do seem relatively easy to clean. It takes no more than 5 minutes to completely wash each part, including the centrifugal/blade piece. All pieces were put through the dishwasher just twice, so I cannot speak to the durability after several washes. In general, I am disappointed in this product, especially given the fact that most other reviews were quite positive. Perhaps I received a defective unit; but, honestly, it just seems this juicer model is not well constructed.

Not What I Expected
I have had my juicer for about a week, when I was researching it said best masticating juicer and centrifugal, I thought wow one that did both! But after getting this juicer I realize it was just a centrifugal juicer. I decided to just give it a try. The first juice was good but I started to notice dry fruit and vegetable shaving all over my counter and floors. I checked to make sure everything was secure and placed properly and trying it again the second day, but again with the shaving everywhere. So, I just started placing a towel down when used the juicer. Now for the cleaning of this juicer, it takes time to clean it since there are soo many parts. I took a few days break from juicing and them decided to give it a shot again this time I was ready for the shaving to get everywhere and for the cleaning of it, but I wasn’t ready for it to break. The inside shoop broke off and becouse it was so loud I didn’t realize it🤦🏾♀️ So it’s grinding along with everything else then gets deposited into the waste attachment. I start my clean up and look at the lid like did that alway look like that? Then went to the trash to dig through the waste to find the missing piece. I tried to give this juicer a shot even though it wasn’t what I wanted and now I don’t have a juicer to use. You get what you pay for , and maybe my juicer was a dud, but it was a lot of work to clean and that made it to the point where I didn’t want to use it. Also, the foam that you get on top of the juice was A LOT. So now I have to figure out how to return this juicer, since my over zealous husband throw the box away 😖 Update: it’s been a few days but I sent an email to the company telling them what happened and that I wanted to return this juicer. I am still waiting for a reply back from them.

Great Juicer, Awesome Customer Service
I don't write many reviews but felt this was definitely worthy. I bought this juicer for my wife last Valentine's Day so this is almost a year old. First off, my wife is the primary user of the product and I asked here what she liked about it: Pros: - Good juicer, gets the job done without much fuss - Relatively small footprint so doesn't take up much counter space - Easy to clean, parts easily disassemble to make clean up easy (word of advice don't use dishwasher as you risk minor warping on certain parts) - Isn't too noisy for a juicer - Likes how the jug design helps filter out the pulp when you poor it into a glass - Customer service (see my comments below) Cons: - None really, it works great for juicing 10-12 oz. Keep in mind it's not a heavy duty commercial juicer as you are not spending hundreds of dollars on the product. Besides this being a great product though, the main reason you should buy this juicer is because of the company and customer service that stands behind it. There are a lot of products on Amazon with high marks and its hard to tell the quality and reputation of a company until you have a problem. So I bought the juicer about a year ago and it stopped working late last week. On Sunday, I emailed the company (muellerdirect dot com) in the morning, explaining the juicer stopped working and would like to see if I can get it replaced or fixed. Within a few hours of the email I sent on a Sunday, they responded to me, apologizing for the unit not working and quickly offering me a chance to replace the unit. Monday, the next day, I emailed them with my Amazon order details and shipping information and boom!!!, 2 days later I had a new unit show up at our door step. There was no fuss, they didn't ask me to return the old one or hassle me with 10 different questions, they just provided awesome customer service. From the interactions I had with them, they claimed to be a family business so I was happy enough to write them a 5 star review on Amazon given my experience. In summary, great juicer for the price, does what it claims and has a 2 yr warranty that is backed up by a reputable company with awesome customer service. I highly recommend it!!!
