So far, test prints have looked pretty good. When printing graphics, such as photos, there's noticeable banding and pixelation, but for the price, compared to Samsung, I'm happy.I did not experience any of the issues noted by others with the printer recognizing the cartridge. I had the printer unplugged, installed the cartridge, plugged the printer in and turned it on. Worked right away.

It works

Toner cartridge worked perfectly. Note: As instructions say DO NOT update firmware. I made this mistake with my other printer and the update blocked all attempts to use 3rd party cartridges, requiring me to pay insane prices to replace.

I received the cartridge Sunday. Since then I’ve ran over 300 prints. No problems. Great value if you ask me. I bought the printer on sale for $60 brand new. To get over 1500 prints from a laser printer and being all in $80, I can’t complain!

I followed the detailed instructions of carefully unpacking, slightly shaking it and powering the printer off and on (did this multiple times) but the Samsung printer this toner was designed for would not accept it. It kept telling me to "install toner". I would take this one out and re-install the previous toner (another off-brand) and the old one worked but this one would not. It's the same shape toner and installed the same way but Samsung said NO. Unfortunately I missed the window to return and lost whatever I paid for it. Don't make the same mistake!

I like to have this cheaper option for toner, better price and same quality to print. I print a lot of paper and i can see the savings every time i order a new cartridge like this.
