Cyberlink Power2Go 9 Platinum

I have had this product before and it worked. Even though I still have the product I had to rebuy it because the old purchase key wouldn't work. So I bought it because I was desperate for assistance and knew it worked great. This time it didn't and there is no telephone tech support for immediate assistance. I have a deadline and I am in hot water for not producing what I said I could. So I am looking around for another product that a can will do the job. More money!!!!

I was looking for a program that worked with lightscribe and this did and i am very happy with that aspect of Power2Go 9 Platinum; however, to use it as a player for CD or DVD's it doesn't seem to be available. what's up? Even though I like the lightscribe I'm very disappointed with this player situation therefore I changed my stars

Everything I need to handle CD's and DVD's -- menu is a little quirky (mouse cursor moves too quickly sometimes (don't have this problem with other software on the same computer) Worth the money -- loaded up my computer with dozens of CD's and either play them from there or make custom CD's of my favorites -- Yeah I know APPLE wants me to buy and wear one or more of their "I" devices and buy all my music from them -- but I like to sit and listen, not walk into a telephone pole while talking / viewing / distractedly jogging.

While this product does everything it claims and more with the sound recording software; it is still half of another part of DVD something that I did not get. There seems to be better deals with this product else where as I seem to be the only review as of yet.

Turns out this is a good product. I really thought I had a lemon for awhile because I had to download it the 2nd time before I got it to work. Once it was loaded, it worked really well.

It is way more than what I expected ! The ease of use is fenominal ! It's easy iconography makes it extremely easy to use..... It's a powerful program !!!I'm very happy with it....
