This is well made, sturdy construction. Does not require much bending at all. Also Handles are well designed which makes it even easier to use. Sure beats the hand paddles I used. Wish I bought this sooner.

how high is it and how much does it weigh?

I would drill a small hole in the back of one of the teeth, to drain it without weakening the structure.
