Q: Why does it take 1–2 minutes to start up?

RGBlink Mini series normally takes about 1–2 minutes to start, as it is Linux-based and needs time to load the system(Similar to Windows and macOS). This is expected behavior, and once powered on it will run stably throughout your event.

Q: If there is a power supply problem with the mini, or mini failed to start, or the screen and buttons blink frequently?

Please use the standard power adapter. If the above problem still occurs, try to replace the adapter.(support PD 12V/2.5A and above)

Q: Can mini recording be paused? If you stop recording and then start recording again, will it be saved in a new file?

Currently, there is no pause function. Restarting recording will save a new file.

Q: Why can’t the Mini USB 2.0 RECORD port recognize a U disk?

Please format the U disk (exFAT, FAT32).
